  i never knew about this option before and was thrilled! the lady who drew my blood was super nice, upbeat and fast. i only wish you all had told me that its inside of a safeway. i walked all over a huge parking lot in super high heat, trying to find it so i took a guess that it may be inside at the pharmacy, but it nearly made me late for my appt.

  I would have given them 5 stars, but the directions on their voice mail said that the clinic was inside the WalMart beside the pharmacy. It was not. It was at the front of the store. WalMart employees aren't known for being helpful, so it took asking a couple of people before I knew where to go. The voicemail message should be changed. Once I got in, everything went smoothly. I will be going back in December.

  I like to use Ultra Labs to order labs that my doctor doesn't order. It is easy to order online and then go the lab of your choice. The prices are pretty decent and sometimes they offer a percentage off. You receive your results in a few days. It's easy to do and I highly recommend Ultra Labs.

  Some tests on here are more expensive so I crosscheck at findlabtest.com. but most tests are cheaper than elsewhere and they always have sales(and a lower lab fee of $8). They also show you your results as soon as they come even while other tests may be pending And the staff is always willing to help if you order the wrong thing. I also like the graphics to see my results over time without scrolling through previous result pages.

  The process was simple - order and pay for test, schedule appt with the lab, take the test and you're done. I took my test on a Friday morning so I thought I wouldn't get the results until Monday; I received my results by email on Saturday. Super happy with this service, allowed me to get testing insurance will not cover at an affordable price. I have utilized similar services with another company at a higher cost, never again. Appreciate that discounts are offered frequently and will be pointing anyone I can in this company's direction. Thank you!!!

  Ulta Labs does not stand behind their product. I ordered 2 h pylroi tests from Ulta (one breath, one stool). Quest did not perform the tests correctly. I contacted Ulta for help and was given the run around. I had to contact Quest directly and of course their position was that I should be working with Ulta on these issues. Resolution is still TBD. Ulta has done exactly nothing to help. I was promised a call from Ulta "leadership" before the end of the day today and that of course never happened. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra $$$ and buy the tests directly from Quest. If nothing goes wrong Ulta is just fine however if there's a problem you'll be on your own to figure it out.

  I initially had another lab in mind and went online to search for their test and prices since I don't have insurance right now.   The overall experience was quite good. I was pleased with the cost, testing, and reporting. There are many tests available and for several of them, it can be difficult to see and understand the subtle differences between the tests, beyond the cost of the test. At the time of checkout, I was reminded of the extra “draw” fee for the lab technician’s work, which should be disclosed a bit more and earlier in the ordering process

  I tested for a specific type of bacteria that the tests my doctor uses failed with! The Ulta test was much more sensitive and resulted in my getting the proper antibiotic I needed to get well. I suggest my doctor and others use PCR testing or make it available more often! Thank goodness for the Ulta Lab test!

  I've been using Ultra Lab Tests for a while now. Their price is the best I can find, and the website posts results very quickly. You can use their website to make a Quest lab appointment at the time of purchase, then just punch in your confirmation number at Quest kiosk machine, you will be called ahead of other walk-in patients. I also have a Quest account. Ultra Lab Tests actually releases results one day earlier than MyQuest, but MyQuest allows you to easily share your results with your clinicians via email, fax, or download PDF reports. So it all worked out great!

  Brandy, the phlebotomist is excellent. I've had her draw my blood twice in the last six months and she was kind, professional and excellent at her job. I'm an RN that also does blood draws and I was so impressed at her attitude and skills level that I tried to recruit her for our local hospital. Quest/Ulta Lab Tests are lucky to have such a star employee.

  I am SO happy to have this available and it was ten times better than expected. As a woman, I am always ignored by doctors. After more than 3 years of begging my primary care to listen to my symptoms of fatigue and I am b-12 deficient and have low ferritin. I absolutely cannot wait to shove this in my doctors face.

  ،I believe I already submitted a review with various ratings. I had a great experience with staff and cs over the phone, above and beyond and most efficient. The only thing I'd have changed is the location - was rather far for me while there are many medical facilities very close to downtown Columbus oh that could possibly make sense for your services as well ...thank you!

  The website was easy to navigate and getting the blood work done at Quest was seamless. I was disappointed in that, given their description of it, the COVID test I requested should’ve provided more information than it did. So, in the end, I spent $120 on a test that was not useful.

  Very convenient for tracking health, much better than paying more through Dr's office even with an expensive insurance policy. The Quest lab was clean and professionally maintained, better than the Labcorp options near me. Please keep providing lower-cost options and savings for consumers proactively managing their health.

  Please do consider adding a lipid panel to the CBC CMP option. As of now, Ultralab is falling behind the option offered by Life Extension at a better bargain without an extra blood draw fee. https://www.lifeextension.com/lab-testing/itemlc381822/chemistry-panel-complete-blood-count-cbc-blood-test Once this option is offered, I won't need to go back to LE's lab offerings.
