  Used this testing for years recommend it to everyone, including my DR. The results are mine and I determine what I have done, and dont have to beg the insurance co to cover it. Plus the lab techs just fall over when I tell them how much I paid for them, as just one test submitted to insurance costs the same as the 100 tests I'm having done with ULTA, I usually get my first results back the same night as the lab draw was done.

  ordering is pretty easy and straightforward. Sometimes the appointment availability is pretty tight. Once advertised discount was not provided a checkout but situation quickly remedied and credit applied. The phlebotomist are friendly. Test results came back in a timely manner. Sometimes I think they use a slightly bigger needle than they need to but worth it in this day and age where you really have to take charge of your own health care.

  Appointment fixing thru the app was a breeze!. The choice of labs nearby was very good and when I reached the venue for the test, the lab was ready and I was able to get the test done without much of a wait Reports came in the next day on to my app and I also got a reminder to check it.   I found the process of ordering the tests straight forward and easy. There were several labs nearby to choose from and scheduling an appointment was easy. I went to a local Quest Lab location and the staff was friendly and treated me well just as if a doctor had sent me over. The results were available quickly.

  This is a nice facility! Very clean and looks like they just opened. The check in process was fairly quick and easy. I showed up 10 mins early for my TB test appointment and was seen on time after filling out additional information. The staff was amazing and pleasant! Thank you for getting me in and out so quickly! I would highly recommend this place.

  I was skeptical at first, but it was exactly as described. I bought a Hep B titer, MMR titer and a Blood Test for TB. I ordered them Tuesday afternoon and as the results became available Ulta posted them. The TB QuantiFERON was the only one I did not have by Thursday which came Saturday and Ulta made the full report available to me as soon as the results were posted. The lab I choose was quest. I would recommend Ulta to my fellow healthcare workers that need these tests at a lower price and fast.

  Super easy to use. I ordered my tests and was able to go to the lab on the very next day. Then I received my results within 36 hours, so from ordering to getting my results... no more than 48 hours. Better than my doctor's office and MUCH CHEAPER! Thank you!

  Very pleased with the draw and prompt results. The only negative was that, when choosing among locations to have my bloodwork drawn, it indicated that I DID NOT need to make an appointment, that walk-ins were accepted. However, when I showed up at 7:30 AM at this particular center, they insisted that I make an appointment (by that time, first available was two hours later). Next time, I will not make that mistake.

  This site is extremely easy to use. Simple and fast. Everything was done from their website even booking to get blood drawn. So convenient not having to go to a doctor's office to get a prescription to get blood drawn for a piece of mind. I did this because I wanted a baseline from doing a strict keto diet.   I have used Ulta Lab Tests for several years and will continue to do so. ULT has a great website that stores all my historical lab testing data, provides excellent pricing and uses the same testing labs as my doctor. All the test results include information that helps me to understand the results much better than what I learn from my primary doctor.

  Lab test results were prompt. Fee for test was reasonably priced. Phlebotomist was fantastic. She told me about your company and helped me navigate your site. I signed up for your test while I sat in her chair.
