If there's a test you think needs doing, and you either don't have insurance or insurance just won't pay, ulta-labs is the way to get it. Most common individual tests and some more common test banks are quite reasonable in cost.

This is my first time using Ulta labs and I am very pleased. The online test options are extensive. The site is user friendly and convenient. The pricing is lower than if I had my insurance billed and had to pay my deductible. I had my labs drawn on Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning my labs were ready. Easy to order. I find it valuable that you can compare prior year tests in a straightforward side by side comparison. Also Quest labs work well with UltaLab req. forms. They claim to give quantitive results however the two times I purchased their tests I only got positive or negative results. I needed to see numbers not a yes or a no. I needed to make sure my hcg numbers were doubling

I was skeptical it was going to be this easy and this affordable. I am on the road and needed to reup my thyroid medication. No established medical provider so I ordered my own TSH test thru Ulta Lab Test. Cost $12.95….. then an additional $8 for the lab to draw the blood. So total 20.95 plus tax. I ordered online, they emailed me a form to print and take with me to the lab. The email also had a link to a website to enter my zip and pick a location for the draw. I made an appointment for the next day, went, in and out, and emailed results in 24 hrs. No additional costs. Lab draw at a local widely known facility. I printed the results and skipped to the walk in clinic and prescription sent to Walgreens before I could get there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I honestly have no idea if my poor experience was at the fault of Ulta Labs or the draw location I went to as both places blamed the other. However, my entire experience with Ulta & the draw location I went to was a horrible & very disappointing one. I didn't even get the labs I needed after taking two days in a row off work to go have labs drawn, driving two hours one way each day to do so, then being told the lab I needed badly for both days (estradiol) did not get done. Other labs didn't get done either. I literally wasted two days of vacation time at work, gas money to drive two hours one way two days in a row, was poorly poked two days in a row, not treated nicely for using Ulta Labs at the draw site for absolutely nothing at all. The entire experience was extremely frustrating & disappointing to say the least! The only one good thing I can say is that contacting Ulta Labs several times finally today they said they would credit back my first order for the first day lab order. However, I feel for my using up two vacation days at work, paying for gas to drive two hours one way both days they really should have completely refunded both days lab orders to me. There was also tons of confusion between Ulta & the place I had my blood drawn which I should not have had to be involved in. As stated my entire experience with Ulta & the location I had my draw taken was nothing but frustrating & disappointing! Even though I am at least very thankful Ulta called me back today & said they would refund my first day lab order I really feel they should have refunded both days as all I'm left with is a huge waste of two days, out two vacation days at work, gas money for absolutely nothing as neither lab test is worth anything to me without the other days test. I spent literally most of yesterday crying due to this experience!

This was so easy, fast and reasonable. I went online, ordered my tests, scheduled the appt for 2 days later. I had a 7:30am appt and showed up at 7:28am. I scanned my license for confirmation (there is no receptionist) and was called back within 1 minute. The lab tech was fast and I was back in my car by 7:38am. I got my test results within 24 hours in my email. Great experience!

Ulta Labs was very affordable. They were running a special on the 3 out of 4 tests that my doctor ordered. That made the testing about half the price of the last company that I used . I also love that they got the results back to me within days of testing. I do not love that they sent trackers with their email to my inbox. Makes me wonder how safe my medical information may be using their service. I do not trust Ulta Labs not to share my information for profit, medical or otherwise. Not sure I will use them again, no matter what the price. My privacy matters and I won't use services that I don't trust not to sell me to the highest bidder.

For the past 4 years we have been using Quest diagnostics after signing up for tests via ulta. Last year my workplace also signed up our employees to test using Quest as well. So much more efficient than waiting for hours at the hospital. The main reason I switched is cost. The ease of getting the results is an addded favorite! It was pretty easy to navigate the website and a lot of i formation was available so I could better understand my choices. It was nice to save money and also to be informed at the same time. Payment was easy and they even helped me set up an appointment at the lab to get the blood drawn. The lab and communication were excellent. Quest and ultralabtersts arealways friendl and helpful. I went from paying around $4-$500 for labwork to about $100-$150 with self pay. It's hard to not be happy with the saving as well as convenient location. My Dr. always works with me because I self pay. My insurance was never as good as I was told so I would rather ju8st pay direct. So great price, great service.Your office is good about faxing my Dr as well. THX

The site is easy to access & easy to understand. I was able to immediately print my orders, scheduled an appointment for the following day & had results (through email) 2 days later! I'm impressed! I do not have medical insurance so this site is a great way to save on costs.

My entire experience with this company was amazing! For someone that does not currently have medical insurance or a PCP this was a gem. The lab draw was also the easiest process I've had in years! Highly recommend and will definitely use the services in the future.
