    Excellent service, staff was helpful. Goggle map directions directed me to a building across the street. After driving in circles , I finally checked the address on my orders and yes I put the directions in correctly on my phone, I figured out where the correct building was. I would return.

    I was very pleased with my recent experience ordering my Ulta Lab test and getting my blood drawn. You can pay online and be seen when it is convenient for you. I only had to wait for a few minutes and the lab technician was very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend them if you want to order a blood test with no doctor's order required!

    I appreciate the convenience of my test location being only 5 minutes off my normal travel route. The check in is quick. The staff are friendly and experienced. Usually getting my labs drawn only takes up a total of 20 minutes of my day after I point my car that direction.

    I find scheduling the appointment very easy to do with several options for days and times that are convenient for me. Once I arrive the wait is usually less than 2 minutes.     Your blood draw nurses in Grand Rapids are so inviting, warm, and congenial, especially for someone who has tiny veins. They were clearly very experienced, and succeeded in taking blood from a patient who sometimes leaves without the blood drawn because it is too difficult for the practitioners to draw.     Excellent. They should add X-Ray, Ultrasonic etc test also because sometimes getting appointment of Dr is lengthy process requies 1-1.5 months to visit dr. In the mean time, any individuals can perform xray, Ultrasonic test fo his/her need. I also faced this. Please add X-Ray & Ultrasonic also. Thank you.

    Ulta is fantastic! I have been doing my best to get healthy and have been using Ulta to get my blood work and I don’t have insurance so the value is definitely with Ulta ! I like the at I can get the test I want and I get the results and the cost is where it should be . Fair pricing and you know up front what the cost will be . Super convenient to go to the local Quest for the blood draw and schedule your appointment online , it is that easy ! I’m just a hard working American who lost insurance years ago so it’s out of my pocket . Thank you Ulta for providing this service! I will share with all who read this - Get the B-12 blood test and take a good clean B-12 supplement, cut out the processed sugars, fortified or enriched breads etc , exercise cut the junk out of your food .! Use Ulta and take control of Your life !!!

    A1C measurements - Quest measured my A1C at 5.8, but QuestDiagnostics (via Ulta) measured 5.5 just two days later. A1C measures glucose over the last 3 months, so they should be the same. Why the difference? 5.7 or above is the "danger - prediabetes" signal, by the way.

    You don’t need a referral. These tests save time. Why would anyone do a doctor recommended food elimination tests and wait days, weeks, or months to discover cause of a rash? Pay the money and then, eliminate the food. They were friendly, professional, and quick. How many days can you miss from school or work? Take the hit now, and catch up later. I paid out of my own pocket on a credit card. I’ll be better off in the long run. Screw the wait, lack of referrals, and cream pushers.

    Total testosterone results were reported longer than initially reported at time of blood draw without any updates. Had to call ultralab numerous times to receive finally really helpful person who took initiative to track specimen down. Estradiol results were prompt as given. I if a lab batches test the patient should be informed, medical appt had to be rescheduled due to testosterone delayed result. Other than this, is good experience.

    Hi I understand; I’m a medical practitioner, DNP. It would help to offer internet portal to update drawn specimums.; such as “ specimen received, in processing , with est date of completion “. My report received online read, “ final” was actually a partial, not final which caused me several calls and follow ups to tract down testosterone lab update by finally talking to a caring Ultralab employee. I have a 100 mile trip to get lab drawn and worry of having to redo a draw caused some concern until it was verified “ still being processed”. Appreciate your touch back. Good over all experience!

    Easy to order tests online and when I had any questions, I called the customer service and received all the information I needed. Also they have better prices than their competitors when they have sales. Finally, I feel like they have more choices/options/variety of tests that other labs do not offer.
