  I have used Ultalabs for years and have placed many orders with them. Their website is easy to navigate and ordering products is easy. I've only had on instance in which I contacted customer support and it went very smoothly. Ultalabs is a great service that allows me to monitor my health on my own terms.

  The lab tests went fine but picking out the tests was tedious. I even had a requisition from my doctor. Matching the requested tests with the test packages offered was difficult. I even emailed my requisition to Ulta Labs and they suggested some of the wrong tests and some were missing.

  What I liked most is how simple it was to order lab work that would help me understand the answers to my body questions. Getting the results was super quick and super easy. Knowing the results of my lab information in advance of my doctor's appointments will help me form better questions for my doctor. I will continue to use this service.

  Super pleased with how cost effective and efficient Ulta Labs has been. Normally I would have had to pay a ridiculous co-pay, and multiple appointments just to get the results from routine bloodwork. Ulta labs was cheap, and one appointment and I had my results the next morning!! I highly recommend and plan on using them for all my future labs. Thank you!

  While waiting for my doctor to get back to me (she was on vacation), I ordered my own tests to save the time of seeing the doctor to get the order to then get results. I went to Quest same day I ordered the tests, didn't pay anything extra and got the blood tests done. The next day I got back most results and within a week all of them. This enabled me to get in with a specialist quicker who demands results before scheduling. I wish everything was this easy. It was cheaper than using insurance btw and I could use my HSA visa card to pay.

  Easy ordering, affordable prices on tests that I need. If a test is a duplicate in your cart they'll let you know and suggest other tests that better suit your desired search results. Making appointments at Quest after checkout is easy and very convenient. I highly recommend Ultra Labs!

  The prices are reasonable and the process is easy. With high deductible insurance plans, I find it so much easier and cost effective to get my own labs done and either share them with my doctors or rule out the need for a doc appt.

  Excellent Lab Menu but could allow or present more bundling of common lab combinations at affordable cost rather than jumping to expensive panels. Preliminary combos can be done that lead to more in depth orders. Ordering software good at picking duplicates or overlaps, but could detect suggestion for a combo panel. Pathways or even AI could give "Suggestions" and "Suggested staging" in screening leading to next level testing, derived from order pattern or queried Disease or symptomatic differential diagnosis exploration. Even hints at further test strategy "If-Then" without Accusation of practicing medicine, rather simply public reference to what is available on-line already. Referral to Provider if any level strategy gains appropriate positives and negatives aids better utilization, especially if query symptoms or differential diagnosis exploration. A % calculation by AI can even be given in schematic staging for differentials sought. As for specimen acquisition, sites and hours to Saturdays is great, and walk-in capability great, as long as reward staff if staying overtime. Sugges use of less painful "Butterfly" connects to vacu-draw, less static vacutsiner needle pain once placed, especially with multi-tube draws. The Manipulation does cause needle pain, eliminated w/butterfly short or long connect. Once inserted, a fingertip to wing at most, or small piece tape wing to swing or across connect tubing base allows free remote Vacutsiber multi tube use and last tube will siphon blood from bimitterky as removed. A boon to my patients and those seeking guidance pro Bono that they can afford in this terrible evolution in Medicine with Non-Physician limited knowledge and Insurance stalls in allowed testing. Patients(in FL at least need to get more advertising exposure to self ordered labs as in UltaLabTests and a good Physician Spokesperson to explain ease, savings and benefits. If you expand your software guidance in stated suggestions with explanations and possibilities/probabilities, improbabikities(my speciakty) and impossibilities with constant referral to report to a Dr or what is needed, a quasi-interoretive Consult addition to your service directing more discrete pursuit and follow up. Patients take a qualified human input over AI or schematic flow charts and this can be done without ego certainty and conviction, but rather a soft, firm or hard encouragement when enough data in to see a specific physician type instead of back to be lost in the managed care or lesser caring or unqualified to care starting point in the system whether insured or not. I myself have done this on the side for Patients with poor understanding or budgets or from decades past moved on but disappointed in what is out there now. A trusted source is beneficial for everyone to look over your shoulder in today's med market. Using UltaLabTests is one good step, salvation from list prices of LabCorp and Quest and hopefully expansion to other test sites, such as those amassed labs running Life Insurance and Disabikity policy Profiles,though perhaps a day or so later. Only negative was actually finding the lab which was buried in the Safeway grocery store, mentioning this in the general directions would have been most helpful.

I used the chat option with the rep guiding me through my list of bloodwork I wanted/needed to order. What a relief.   This site is fantastic. I went to Quest for blood testing and they wanted over $400 for the tests. The woman there said to visit Ulta Labs, and I ended up getting the same tests for $68, then went back to the same Quest that wanted $400 and had the tests done.

  From the ease of creating an account and making my appointment online to how quick and simple check-in was at the lab, the experience was great. My phlebotomist was wonderful! My test results were in my account the next day and they were very easy to read with explanations given for everything. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

  It was a hectic Saturday and everyone did their best job to keep spirits up while being quite professional. Once in the room I felt respected and recognized as an individual and not just a pin cushion. I listened to, permitted to talk all I wanted, my form of self-soothing. I never felt rushed, while acknowledging their schedule and workload. I believe my phlebotomist was Judy, she is the type of employee you should be proud to have working for you. In the top 1% of draws I've ever had. I felt a "sliding" sensation only, nothing remotely evocative of a stick or pain. You have my highest recommendation and I shall recommend both Ultralsbs and the Casselberry Quest Diagnostics to all my contacts.

  Ulta Lab Tests have played a huge roll in my health care budget this year. Many of the tests I've needed would've been 2-3 times as much if I would've had them done via my insurance; meaning using Ulta Lab Tests meant my cost was even lower than my co-pay and/or deductible amount (if I hadn't reached it yet). The website is easy to navigate if you know the name of the tests needed. Checkout and payment is super easy and I don't even need to bring the paperwork to the lab I designated in the checkout process as it's already in their system when I arrive for my appointment. Customer Service via the Chat client is superb as well. I couldn't ask for anything more. I'm very grateful to Ulta Lab Tests for making this year much easier for me in this time of financial strain. Thank you ULT!
