  This was my very first time self ordering tests. I was excited and the prices were reasonable. And I was looking forward to doing it again in the future. I ordered 3 tests. I stopped all my supplements for 3 days, so that results would be accurate. I fasted per the instructions. I showed up to Quest labs in Winston Salem, signed in and gave the phlebotomist my paperwork/order. She took the blood and I left. Upon checking Ulta Labs website I saw that one of my tests wasn’t pending. I contacted Ulta by chat and was told there was a note on my order that said I REFUSED one of the tests. That is a flat out lie. I ordered the tests for myself, I paid for them. Why would I refuse it ? I contacted Quest by email, they said they can’t discuss this issue through email so call this number. I called the number and was told this is out of our jurisdiction, we can’t help you. I contact Ulta by phone and they said, you can either get a refund or go to a different lab which is 45 minutes away. I want answers. I want to know why someone wrote that I refused a test. My best guess is the phlebotomist made a mistake and only took blood for two tests and instead of owning the mistake, made up a lie. No one can actually seem to tell me what happened. Just I’m sorry, there’s nothing we can do. It’s inconvenient for me to now stop my supplements again for 3 days, and drive 45 minutes to a different lab to get the test I should have already gotten. This experience went from seeming great to super unprofessional and disappointing quick.

  Ulta has all the labs you can possibly imagine that clearly explain what each biomarker tests for and several packages that are able to be tailored to your own necessity. Ordering and testing is extremely easy and the pricing is better than the competitors!

  It’s not personable when you arrive, but the staff that draws blood is super friendly. The cost of the tests are super reasonable and worth not having front desk staff greeting you.

  I really couldn't believe that this could be this easy. I read the reviews and thought, they must have been bought, but I am living proof, they reviews are not bought and they are REAL. I will be using again, it's nice to check on my thyroid when I want too and not having to wait months for the my doctor to order the lab work. It cost me to do it myself and my insurance picks up the doctor's lab work, but I still think it is worth it. I'm glad you guys exsist, Thanks!

  I really enjoyed my experience with Ulta labs. I ordered the labs that my doctor wouldn’t and I felt the price was very reasonable, the number of locations to get blood drawn was convenient, the lab had my order in the computer when I got there and most results came the next day with only one taking two days. I plan to use this service again in the future and for my parents labs as well. Couldn’t be happier!

  Fast, Easy and Cheap, I get my labs done before my annual doctor visit. The current plan seems to be, visit the doctor for an annual visit, he orders labs at the local hospital, they cost a lot, insurance only pays for part of it, and the results come back after you visit the doctor. I show up at the doc with my results.

  Not so much ulta labs fault but I went to the service center twice because the first time they incorrectly shipped some of my specimens. The service center is an hour and a half away from my house and they still got it wrong the 2nd time so I just gave up. Kind of a waste of time and money to not get full results of the testing that I paid for. Apparently they can't follow instructions on how to collect the sample and ship it because they messed it up twice.

  Being self pay, I found Ulta Labs affordable, and easy to use. They have a very wide range of tests to choose from, with a very good turnaround time. They send the results to me, and then I give them to my doctor. I love this, because now the control is back with me. I make the decisions, not the doctor or insurance company. I also have the choice of what labs to go to, so I can have the tests run at my convenience. I gave them 5 stars because I can't think of a bad thing to say. I love using them.

  I went in for a complete package of STD tests because of a new relationship. I was trying to navigate this in the front of a grocery store because quest diagnostic in the back does not get good Wi-Fi. I am trying to do this on my phone wishing I had someone to ask for assistance, there was no help I ordered what I thought was the right test and paid $147 and then a week later had to pay $205 when I found out I signed up for the wrong series of tests. If only there was someone, I could’ve talked to and gotten some advice from, but you have to do all this on the cell phone without any humans to help out. Incredibly frustrated about the process since there’s no humans to talk to and ask for help. I asked the lady at quest diagnostic and she said you just have to figure out on your phone because that’s not quest. That’s ultra lab tests and not us. So I’m not only mad about wasting $147 on the first unnecessary test but I also waited a week later to get the correct tests , after I was trying to find the results that I was missing and then I had to go back and retest again.

  If I may offer some feedback on the process it would be excellent to have a page where you could checkmark all the test you want to purchase and then have the website return a list of options. Ideally the options would include not just singe packages that could cover the desired tests but also 'if you buy these two options it covers your needs' type options.
