Long waiting. No human touch is all mechanical proses. Hard to get appointment on time. I wanted to avoid for doctor's visit d/t appointment and very late time for fasting labs. But this is not a better than Dr.'s office also. So to me it is an another options only for blood work or needed tests.

There were NO issues. I arrived at my appointed time, was shown into the draw area and the procedure was performed, all in a timely and courteous manner. The results were available within 72 hour (less) and were emailed straight to me. I will use them again should further tests be required. I would strongly advise choosing your tests and paying online BEFORE you go in to have your procedures. Your saving will be SUBSTANTIAL.

The site, the process, and price is outstanding!!! As for the results I'd give it a 2 star as it's going off the standard dated medical lab values that need to he updated. Per medical standards my lab result was normal, but per naturopathic medicine and bodily symptoms my result is very abnormal.

I'm simply stating lab values need updating and until this happens patients will continue to suffer as most doctors are married to these numbers and how patients feel is more important than a number. Luckily I have enough medical background myself to know that labs are out of date and my supposed normal lab value us indeed way to low and why I feel like death every day.

The ordering process was easy enough. Not all "draw fees" are the same though, dependent on location, so the upfront price may change. The location I chose was very busy with just one person working, so even though I had an appointment, it still took over an hour.

The entire experience is simple and easy, from ordering to the test, to getting my blood drawn, to getting my results. I just wish there was a sample collection site that was closer to me (had to drive 50 miles for the blood draw, so I scheduled it at a time when I was already going out of town).

I was concerned about using Ulta Lab Tests since I usually use Quest Diagnostics directly, but Quest did not have the test I needed on their website, so I decided to try Ulta. Ordering the test was simple and straightforward, as was scheduling the appointment and paying for the test (which was very reasonably priced). I received the results within the predicted time frame. As a Canadian travelling through the US I was unsure what to expect when I needed a blood test. How lucky was I to find Ultra Labs!! I was able to create an account, place an order and go to a local lab for the sample draw all in the same day! So convenient and easy. Plus the cost was very reasonable even with the exchange rate. I have used them twice now and it is sooooo easy. Most tests are pretty affordable and someone there can always get you a coupon for a discount. The most recent labs I ordered would have been MORE expensive if billed through my health insurance. Only drawback for me is the closest Quest lab who will do the blood draw is a 40 minute drive away. I would recommend Ulta Lab Tests to anyone needing an alternative to insurance.

I have used Ulta Lab services for several years - and at least 3-4 times each year with excellent service. The reason for 4⭐️ stars my last experience 3/2024, they tried to collect monies for an additional test they ran without my knowledge and didn’t make any effort to contact me prior to running my credit card several (4x). I had just moved and the zip code they tried using did not allow the charge to go through. Once I received an email regarding additional charges for an extra test that they ran, I called immediately to rectify the problem.

for my first time, going to Murfreesboro for this type of blood work, I was pleasantly surprised that I found the location pretty easily, I already had an appointment, so my wait time was not long, and the young lady that took my blood was excellent. I don't do well giving blood. She was tops!

I scheduled with Ulta labs to get female hormone panel bloodwork done. Scheduling and payment was a breeze. Unfortunately in my area the closest locations were both at least 45 minutes away. I was able to get off work early to make it late afternoon to get my blood drawn. The technician was friendly but not confident in her ability to draw blood from the get go. She did 3 sticks and was only able to get one tube of blood. I have had blood drawn many times before. But never had a technician move the needle around while inside of your arm. None the less it was very painful and left me with over week long bruises on both arms. Due to the commute both ways and the inability for the technicians at this location to draw blood correctly I will not be going back. I called and was able to get a partial refund. Customer support was more than polite and understanding. Overall I have 2 stars for the experience and lack of receiving the product/service I paid for.

Overall it was smooth, however the test didn't specify that some places didn't take the testing there. It almost felt like a wasted trip back home however that day I was off so luckily I was able to submit my testing same day. I'd don't again due to low cost of price.
