  The perfect lab to go to. This is where I’d been going since 2021 for my lab request. I don’t need to go to the doctor to request for the test that I want to do. My whole family is using Ulta. Pricing is very reasonable and they always have 20% discount. Thank God someone refer me to this company. I always monitor my labs almost every 3 months. I don’t know what to do without Ulta in our lives. I pray that this company will not close ever. I never have a negative experience with them. Their customer service are nice and always available. More power to ULTALAB.

  There was no information to explain the very clinical and confusing results. I spent two days panicking that my "active, non-active range" results meant a positive, because it showed up as red in the results. When I clicked the comments section it was blank. I tried this on three different servers before realizing that the website is just poorly made. I clicked the links provided under the red positives and it brought me to an unrelated page about biotin. There were typos in the results as well (however spelled "however" for instance) For something as serious and expensive as a full std panel, I was expecting more care and attention to detail. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

  I really like using Ulta Labs. The fees are reasonable and so is the draw fee. They always have a 20% off code too which is super helpful. My only complaint is the testing result date goes by the last result received, even if it's 2 weeks later...so say you order 3 tests and 2 of them are 1-2day and one is 2wks. Everything will be dated as if you got your results at the 2wk mark. So not accurate.

  Availability of tests for direct order by patients at reasonable prices. Association with Quest Diagnostics for sample collection. Very quick results availability, in my case all came in within 24 hrs. Results presentation online with useful (plain English) explanations is a good tool for patient education.

  I had my appointment at 8 AM and I had been fasting for 12 hours. I checked in exactly by 8 AM. Shortly after me another person checked in as well. We could hear a big shouting behind the doors between the staff. At around 8:15 I started knocking on the doors to make sure they realised people were waiting to be serviced. After multiple attempts the door finally opened and one of the staff asked what I wanted. I explained to them that I was waiting to have my blood drawn. The staff then apologized and took me in to draw my blood. But for this experience, I would have rated my experience with 5 stars. The ease of scheduling, prompt test results availability on portal are all excellent.

  It took a minute to navigate the website on my phone. Understandably Ulta is selling its services, so that is front and center on their homepage. Finding my tests results was just a little frustrating as the labs from my last tests showed up first. I am not a medical person and I did not realize that what the Dr. ordered this time was not exactly the same as last time. So it took some real digging to find my results. But that is not enough frustration to not use the site again. It is worth the savings.

  The only complaint I have is that ultalabs doesn't digitally send an order to my lab; I have to print my order and take it with me. I don't always have printer ink available. For this reason I prefer ordering through personalabs. However, the particular test I needed was a little more economical through ultalabs, especially since I also had a new sign up coupon.

  Love ultra labs and I will recommend them to everyone! My doctor sent me to get some blood work done and they wanted to charge me $850! My phlebotomist told me if I purchase online through Ultralabs instead it would be a lot cheaper. I went only and it was only $100! And when customer support was helping me, they even gave me an extra coupon code! I got my results only 12 hours after getting my blood drawn (it took 3 days last time when I went with a different company.) 10/10 would recommend.

  So easy to maneuver the website to order my test. Then you just pay online select where you want to go have your lab work done, you make your appointment online before you check out it really couldn't be any easier. I went to Quest Diagnostics in Northglenn which was where I wanted to go and had my results the next day.
