  I was very pleased to be able to get my blood work done for much less than if I had ordered through Quest directly. Everything went very smoothly. I had all of my results within about a day and 1/2. Will definitely be using their services for my next blood work in about 3 months.

  Quest was inside WALMART. Kept looking outside!?! Finally went in and FOUND the door to Quest Office. Was very early and did not accommodate early check in. you also need more chairs as there were plenty of Senior patients.

  I have ordered tests from them many times and it has always been seamless. You can purchase the test, schedule a lab appointment, and view your results all on the Ulta website. I have also compared to other similar sites and found this one to generally have the best prices. WAY cheaper than going through a primary care doctor if you know what tests you need.

  Great overall experience. Fast results and regular updates as results came in. My only disappointment was signing up and not getting the “1st time user” discount, especially since I paid out of pocket and didn’t use my insurance. Otherwise, recommend this to anyone.

  I love that I can bypass my doctor's office and take my health into my own hands. Going through my doctor was always a lengthy process and I was often refused testing because my doctor did not understand the value of even the most basic metabolic tests I wanted. Many doctors are ignorant to the value of a lot of these tests-- as an informed patient, I want to be watching my levels and correcting things before they get to a level where I need treatment. Ulta Lab Tests has allowed me to do this quickly and efficiently.

  Used them many times and when I couldn't find what I was lookin for I could chat with an associate. Also if you put items in your cart that have the same test it will let you know. It's so easy to order and if you want you can make an appointment on the site foe the blood draw. You do need to be able to print out the form.

  I find that this organization helps me do a deep dive into my blood work to understand and to ensure exactly how I’m managing my numbers. I actually paid for these myself. Because I found that many times the general practitioner will just order routine bloodwork. But there are so many other, indices in the blood that will dictate some issue that I’m glad that they aren’t there and that they take care of me as well and they’re very professional

  This is an amazing service. My bill was going to be $600 and with Alta labs it was more than half of that. It was easy to use the website and Order the labs that were requested by my provider I like the feature of most popular to narrow down the extensive choices. It did take more than one hour to transmit to the lab of choice. Overall, a great product, I will use again

We didn't have insurance for years, and purchasing through Ulta Labs was the only way to afford all the labs we needed. They always have 15-20% off specials, so that helps even more. I get my lab results directly and so quickly!

  The lab experience was horrible. Sue, the phlebotomist, was wonderful and used a butterfly needle – which I appreciated. She was quick, respectful, informative, and courteous. My only issue – I HATED THE SIGN-IN PROCESS IN CLEARWATER FL – I had made an appointment but the kiosk told me it could not "find me" or "my appointment" in the system. I would have wanted to know, before I got to the Quest Lab Clinic, what EXACTLY I would need in order to sign in – so that I could be prepared... – like the TRANSACTION NUMBER seemed to be ultimately relevant.   I have used Ulta Labs twice now. I have nothing but good to say about the whole experience. I have health insurance but I am totally glad to pay for this out of pocket because I get to order the tests that I want. I think the costs of these tests is VERY reasonable. These are the reason I give them a 5 star rating: Their website is excellent, it was easy to get my blood drawn, my results were returned to me within 3 days [most of the test results I got in 1 day], and the report was easy to understand. When my primary doctor wanted to get one of the test results, I simply uploaded the final report I received. I have recommended Ulta Labs to all of my friends. This is a great service!

  This was my second time to order labs from Ultra Lab. Both times the website was easy to use, I found a lab to draw the blood within 3 miles from my house and results were received in a day or two. It was a very easy way to have labs run that my PCP does not do on my visits. I will use them again.

  Outstanding interface for requesting your own blood tests. Many of us are ardent researches into our own health. Some of us even consider ourselves our own primary care physician because we are tired of the standard drug-dealing PCP. ULT gives us control over our own healthcare because the blood test is the first line of defense in determining what problems we may or may not have. I use them as a process of elimination. Then I correct my diet accordingly, because ALL health problems stem from a poor diet. Did I mention that using ULT will save you a bundle of $$$? Well, it does. And, the Quest Diagnostics company I use to process my orders is impressed that this kind of option is available for regular folks who just want real healthcare control.

  check in via text was quick, follow up on the in house kiosk was easy enough. Staff was quick and courteous. Results came piece-meal but all within 3-4 days of the blood draw.

  I got a test done by Quest much cheaper than the price Quest quoted, to get the same test done. I also got the next day. I will definitely use them again for blood tests not covered by my insurance.
