The labs I ordered were cheaper than other services but I got the same great results. I also appreciated that my lab results were ready super fast (less than a day) and the Ulta Lab website had the results faster than Quest!

I found it easy to order what I needed plus it was cheaper. Results were fast and sent right to my account for easy access. The only downside is that I wish there were more sites. I have to travel out of town one hour to the nearest lab. Otherwise very happy with my care.

UltaLab tests.com allowed me to schedule to the Quest Diagnostic center at Plano. Site is easy to identify, it is inside the Tom Thumb store. Process was very smooth, Lab assistance were very patient to do the multiple blood work at timed intervals. It is easy to order testing but when you have to go back to find an order, it seems a little more difficult to do. I had to change my address for my credit card, and it took a few days before it updated. Otherwise, it is easy to order a test and the price is phenomenal

There was no indication in the specimen provided that any bacteria of significance were found. When no significant bacteria are found, there is no need to continue beyond the 2 days of culture growth. Eventually, if you allow a specimen to sit around long enough , bacteria will find its way into the specimen and will show up on a report but it will not be bacteria from you. We encourage you to share your results with your primary care physician. They can explain the findings of the results, explain what the lab found in your specimen, and help you to better understand the culture process. I had no idea I was shopping at UltaLab and paying a premium draw fee for a facility near my home to take my blood and send it to Quest to be tested and reported on to UltaLab who simply passed on the results. It probably would have been cheaper to go to Quest myself.

The lab I went to was super efficient. Once my name was called, I was done and out the door within 3-5 minutes. I had my blood drawn around 3 PM and my results were delivered to my email very early the next AM. I was able to easily download my results and send them to my provider.
