Since the pandemic and the long wait time to get in to see a physician these days, Ultalabs has been a life saver. I am now one step ahead regarding my health because I can now order my own blood tests and keep an eye on things without having to wait. The best thing, I get most of my results within 24 hrs directly in my portal at Ultalabs. This service is such a great great thing to have and puts the trust back into the patient who knows their body best.

Ulta Lab Tests have really good prices. Their site is easy to navigate. You may need to check back on their site for your results on your own if they don't send you an email reminder to do so. That's the only drawback I'd have on recommending them. Everything else is terrific.

Ulta Labs is an excellent resource to go to if you would like to get tests done when the doctor can't do. For example, I like to keep track of my cholesterol and A1C every three months, but Medicare only allows every 6 months. It is usually very easy to order though the last time I had to get help from their' chat' person. This person was very specific on telling me what to do to get the test I wanted. For some reason, I could not download the requisition to bring to the lab. Usually very simple. So I went back to 'chat' and a new person tried to help me. She told me not to worry about the requisition as the test request would go directly to Quest. However, when I got there, Quest did not have it in their system. I was able to contact Ulta Lab and a very helpful and concerned person, I think named Laurie, helped me. It took her awhile, but the test was added to another test I was taking that day and at an even less expensive price. She must have found a special discount I missed. As it turned out, when I got back home, I saw Ulta email to COMPLETE MY ORDER! So, I hadn't purchased it as I thought so therefore it could not be in the system for Quest nor allow me to download the requisition! . I wish that 'chat' person #2 could have seen that I had missed something in completing the purchase of this test. All worked out for me though due to the diligence of Laurie. I would certainly buy more tests from Ulta Labs.

Scheduling and results were amazing, however the lab tech looked like he just came from the back alley way with the other homeless to do my labs, horrible bedside manners and hygiene are a huge negative. I almost warned the waiting room full of people. The only positive to this tech was he got my blood on the first try. I will never go to this location in the future due to this tech. Thank you!

Ulta in itself is a very good website, very competitive, wide variety of tests, some though expensive (all is self paid, not covered by insurance).My real problem has been with Quest lab drawing location. Unclear if understaffed or just poor customer service, but you're invisible if not there based on scheduled appointment. I had an calprotectin stool test ordered for 10/14/2024 at 3.40pm at Quest lab in Notfolk, VA.I went in at 9-10am same day to ask for the stool collecting kit (plastic cup) .As I wasn't there at my scheduled time 3.40pm , nobody would help me with this plastic cup, so I left for work. I went back at 3.40pm just to collect the plastic cup .So I returned a 3rd time to the Quest lab next day 10/15/24 just to drop specimen. Based on my webpage at ULTA , my specimen still doesn't show "received" today 10/17/24 , 48h later from when specimen was dropped. So my test results will be delayed unnecessarily with almost 72h (as is test takes 6-7 business days, now will take up to 10 business days) and that is if they still have the specimen and didn't toss it out. Ridiculous and for a stool test it wasn't cheap, now will be also delayed.

Fast, easy, on-line orders. Cheap prices. Rapid results, delivered by email. They even keep you complete test history for your review. What is not to like? The technician who drew my blood told me that had the order come from a local doctor I would have paid (without insurance) about 3 times more for the exact same tests. Highly recommended.

The people at Quest did an amazing job. Your website was a disaster to navigate. Why can't we just type in the requested test and not need to go through multiple drop downs with selections that only you guys understand? Then because of the confusion, I got billed twice for the same test that required you guys to issue a refund.

I have ordered tests twice for both my husband and me. I was able to save money (it costs less than the lab my nurse practitioner uses) and the entire process was quick and easy. With an appointment, I was checked in about 10 min prior and was admitted with just about 20 min delay, nothing major, by very friendly and professional staff , they did the test fast and followed all the safety, the facility is clean, and the most importantly the nurse who took blood for the test found the vein instantly, there was no pain, the results arrived fast electronically, so this is a positive review
