It was so easy to find the tests we need on aultabtests.com . Easy to have an appointment to the nearest location. The test results were sent to my email in less than 2 days . The tests's prices are great comparing to other labs with an extra coupon too.

Everything worked well. I wish I had made an appointment with Quest rather than trying the walk-in. The first appointment available after the walk-in was 4 hours later so I took that appointment and came back. Test results were next day. Overall impressed with the process

Ultimately getting my blood drawn was easy through Quest. However, buying it online I had to then call Ultalabs and ask them to put my order into the Quest computer system because Quest could not find it in their system. I wasted almost two hours trying to get that done. Quest finally redirected me to Ultalabs and it was done within 2 minutes. It was annoying having to go through all that mess. Despite that, I’d still use Ultalabs services again now that I know what to do. Plus, I got a discount for it being Veterans Day.

When I walked in the office I wanted information about getting a test done. I was confused, because there was no receptionist to interact with. There was one customer and said a lady would right back. When the lady came out I was able to ask my question, she got me started and finished with customer before me. I got confused on the electronic process and another lady came from the back stopped and ask if I had finished the sign process. I looked surprised because I had not spoken with her. She helped me and totally completed the process for me; her name was Gladys. Gladys stepped out for a minute and the first lady called be to the back, Mia is her name. Mia was very nice , took the blood sample and explained some things I needed to hear! Mia was my angel, I was there for the test, BUT, Mia blessed my soul with her information. I'll never forget Mia and Gladys, outstanding representatives for your company.

I'll be honest. I was hesitant about using Ulta Labs. I wondered how was I saving money, but still going to the more expensive lab for the test. Well, I have zero worries now. It was quick, easy, and saved me money. I made the appointment, printed out the order and went to the lab. After having the blood drawn, I received my results the next day. I definitely will use Ulta Labs again, and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

The lab is very good. The lab techs are nice and good at their job. My only dislike is their check-in process. Both times I have been they have a kiosk out front to check in with and it does not work very well. Every person that comes in the door has difficulty with it. That needs to change. There is no person available to talk to.

I find that your website is very clear, it is easy to register and order your tests. Checking in at the center was simple. NOTE: you could tell before - if you want - that one can also check in with the reference number alone (as I wasn’t able to print I had brought my laptop but that was thus not necessary. Waiting area was clean! I only had to wait 10 min. I was helped by Sue who was very efficient, friendly and A to B. Although it was short I felt it was personal (not just feeling a number). Hence EXCELLENT.

I had a very positive experience with Ultra Lab Tests. There website was very easy to navigate. Their costs were very reasonable. The entire process from selecting the tests, finding a local lab, making an appointment, understanding the prerequisites for the tests, interfacing with the lab, and seeing the results were extremely smooth. Results were available in just a day or two. Will definitely use them again.
