I received a free subscription to HealthTap and apparently they have you go for your labs via Ulta. The process was smooth, ordering was easy, directions to the place where they were accurate, you could book an appointment online, and from an 8am appointment on a Friday, all my results were in over the weekend before Monday, so it was impressively fast!

Navigating through the site is pretty easy along with categorizing labs under various conditions which helps narrow down choices. The explanation of the test, what they're for, and learning about how the body works is a plus! It helps you feel more confident and knowledgeable about what's going on. And as far as the service, its easy to order, find a lab, and get it done without hassle. Customer service has always helped me whenever needed and no complaints thus far. This service is really easy to use and quite inexpensive. It is very convenient to be able to order any test and have the results within one to two days. No more having to pay for a doctor's visit to be able to access the array of test offered. Highly recommended.

I will only use Ulta Labs for all of my lab work. It is very reasonably priced. I had my blood drawn last week at 2:00pm and I had my results in my email by 5:00AM the next morning. You don’t get that kind of service anywhere else.

Ulta Lab testing is great. I have been using them for around a year now. The tests are affordable, easy to order and schedule. My tests are all done at a Quest lab, and as long as I make an appointment, I am usually in and out in as little as 15-20 minutes. Highly recommended!

Price was reasonable, and ordering the test online was easy. However, I did not have the option of making an appointment and so when I got to quest found I had to check in as a walk-in. So I had to wait until those with appointments were finished. This was one of the more painful blood draws I've experienced. I was left with a giant black and blue spot on my arm that was still quite visible 2 weeks later. I've had many blood draws where there was barely even a mark left. I would have expected a more proficient phlebotomist at a lab with what I'm assuming is a high volume of daily blood draws.

Ulta is the same lab as Quest and uses the same Quest facilities. Test Results show up in your Quest account if you have one. Therefore, if you are paying for a test yourself it is wise to book the test through Ulta instead of Quest because you will pay significantly less for the same service.

Lab experience was excellent! I was able to purchase A1C test and choose a location on the website quickly. I arrived as a walk in on a Saturday and was seen after 35 minute wait. My results were ready the very next day.

It is a nice clean facility but staff is not real welcoming. You state you are FCFS but staff seems to get irritated if no set appt. I have been then twice on a Saturday with no appt since no appts offered online for months. You would assume the wait room would be full of people with appts but empty. Lady almost turned me away for no reason. I would have been done sooner had she not complained about me not having an appt. I waited for appt person to get finished up and had no issue with that and then I was finished up quickly before closing time. Really don't understand why the staff is like that. I would assume my business helps keep them employed.

I really like it. Easy to use and no hassle. I had complications with my order at Quest, but at Ultalabtests everything went smooth. It was a nurse who made me create the account with them when I told her about my issue with Quest. I still like Quest and will keep on using it too but I am glad I have Ulta now as well especially for that one test that I truly need every month.

This is an outstanding service. It is easy to find tests, order tests, and print the order for taking to Quest. Quest is right on board and knows what to do. Results come back fast and are easy to review on Ultalabs website. I did have a question at one point and customer service was excellent! Most important from this service is I have learned so much from the specific tests I have ordered. This goes way beyond what I would normally get from my annual tests and gives me excellent benchmarks and tracking status for my health span and life span improvement.
