The site is easy to use and test results came in quickly. My issue was with the Quest Lab in Edmonds. They were supposed to open at 7:30am but nobody had shown up at 7:45am when I arrived for my 7:50am appt. Another woman and I waited until almost 8:15am before someone showed up to cover for the person who had called in sick that morning.

I am considered a "self-pay" patient due to the type of insurance program I have. Ulta Lab Tests makes it incredibly easy to get tests done quickly and efficiently. They are also a fraction of the cost of doctor-ordered testing. I submitted labs most recently late on a Friday afternoon, and I got my results the next day on Saturday by email. 10/10 recommend using Ulta Lab Tests, they are awesome.

It was easy to order and get testing done. I think that there should be a little quiz or something to help consumers choose tests that are right for them though. It’s easy to arbitrarily order tests that the average consumer may not fully grasp or that doesn’t include everything that they might need, so that takes a star off.

Looking after yourself is great and Ulta makes it easy. Doctors couldn’t find why was wrong with my wife, so i got a female cancer screen for my wife and one marker was elevated which led us to finding out she had a growth in her ovary. Her doctors kept saying “it’s anxiety there is nothing wrong with you”. Ultalabs making test available to us might have saved her life. Thank you!

I've really had a rough time trying to get bloodwork done for fertility (& received many $$ bills not covered by my insurance) so was really excited when I came across Ulta Labs & their prices are extremely reasonable. The time it took to get results back was also incredibly fast. Unfortunately after I purchased & called to book at the nearest clinic location from their website, I was told that they are no longer taking appointments since that location was closing down & I then had to convince my Ob-gyn to please now do these for me which they finally did but I had to pay an extra fee ontop of that.

I don't have insurance, so having these tests available without visiting a doctor are a wonderful resource. I don't have the money to waste and I can put the tests in my basket and decide what I can afford at that time. When the tests come in they are easy to read and I can make a decision based on my results if I need to see my doctor. I love having this available and I will continue to use Ulta Lab Tests in the future.

I far prefer Ulta to LabQuest. The site is easy to navigate. Help is available to sort out the most economical way to order tests. The technicians who do the blood draws know what they are doing and are ready to help customers. (A special shout out to Loni at Longmont CO who saved the day when she went out of her way to take care of me on 04/02/25 after I arrived for tests I needed that day prior to a med change, having mistakenly made my online reservation for the following day, which would have been too late.) Finally, the lab results are always reported quickly.

Site navigation was easy to find the test I wanted. I was able to get my blood draw at a site nearby that I have already used for other tests. I got to the draw site and they had my order and everything went smoothly. I got the results the next day. The price I paid for the test was less than other places. Ultra Lab was so easy. Convenient. I use a teledoc for my pcp. I discussed with doc what he thought I needed. I ordered it myself on line. I scheduled appointment with local lab for blood draw. Prices reasonable. And an extra 20% for first time user. 4 tests cost 75$. Out of pocket as i have no insurance.. I have been gouged by labs in the past for basic labs. WILL USE ultra from now on!

I literally was sitting in quest dish got on their site bought the test. By the time I sat in lobby and went back was maybe 5 minutes. They had my test on file we did Ulta lab test and my normal blood work. Had results I believe 24 or 48 hrs amazing. I will be buying other test in the future.

Ulta labs experience was fine - however Quest Diagnostics- the actual lab where you are required to have the test performed is a TERRIBLE lab experience. I had a blood draw that was done incorrectly and thus needed repeated. I was leaving down out of town and this was not possible. Ulta did refund me my payment.

Overall I am quite pleased with Ulta Labs. It is very convenient to order online, schedule an appointment with a partner collection site, and the specimens are tested very quickly. You receive an e-mail notice when results start coming in and an e-mail once the results are finalized, so you don't have to waste time checking to see if results have been posted. The results information is clear to understand and I love the short explanations given when results are abnormal. Really the only difficulty is figuring out what tests to order if you are ordering on your own because there are so many options (which probably doesn't apply to most people). I am so grateful for them because getting tests ordered through the VA isn't anywhere near as stress-free nor seamless. I would 100% recommend Ulta Labs to anyone.

I was able to order my own tests and pick where I wanted to have the draws. The prices were discounted and were much cheaper than going through the lab itself. I was self paying and not using insurance. I’d highly recommend using ultalabtests!
