I like the convenience of being able to order these tests. But some of them are routine monitoring tests i would be getting done regularly for my heart disease and clotting disorder- like BNP and D-dimer- but i cannot afford to purchase these on a regular basis due to them being expensive. I think some of these routine monitoring tests are priced like a specialty test when they should be closer to the cost of labs like a CBC, so that they can be affordable to the people who need them most

When you don’t have health insurance and you’re trying to work out your own health journey because you can’t afford a doctor this is the best way forward. It is easy and seamless. I went in for my blood test and got most of the results. The very next day are much faster turn around then if I went to the doctors, maybe myself There were two things that have shown up that need attention which I’m really grateful for knowing and now I can follow those up the only thing I would say is that I still found it to be a bit expensive for four blood tests. However, for the speediness of and turnaround of the results, I think it’s pretty great service.

Excellent alternative for those of us that don't have or can't afford medical insurance but need to have blood work done. The process was seamless, I paid for the tests at Ulta and my information was automatically entered into the Quest Labs system. I made my appointment at Quest and when I got to the lab for my blood work I wasn't asked any questions or required any documentation. My appointment was at 3:50 pm and first thing next morning my results from both Ulta and Quest where on my mailbox. And I saved around $400 compared to what the same tests would have cost me paying for them directly from Labcorp or Quest. Thank you Ulta, I'll be coming back and recommending you.

Love the quality and simplicity and the customer service when I needed help finding tests. My only problem was when I went to check out it said there was a problem and they couldn’t process my order but my card had been charged. So I contacted CS again and they confirmed everything was ok. My one suggestion is that they need to send a confirmation email of your order

I was told by the lab techs that I could receive a FREE Dr. evaluation of the results by looking for a phone # on the results - that is not true. I don't have a Dr. but went on my own for personal results so I will have to evaluate using internet searches if I need more info. Just an FYI to those who think they will have the results explained other than looking at #s and ranges on your own.

Answer by Laurie M.FlagThe lab man just told asked me if I had "checked the block" on having an evaluation and I told him I didn't see one anywhere. He then told me that when I got the results there would be a # to call for evaluation. Fortunately, my test #s were in the "normal" ranges so I just rolled with that. I wasn't trying to hold anyone accountable for my result #s but just a more than internet interpretation. I was grateful to have been referred to you all so that I could get my own testing done without any hassles.

Only place I could find that had human agents in ready to speak with me on the website instead of an AI chatbot that only has a handful of prompts and only has answers like “yes”, “no”, or “sorry, please say an easier question”. Good value where they have labs. Unfortunately, when I tried to get a test in WI, there were no labs within 100 mi. It would cost me more to get a blood draw than the cost of the test. Needs to quickly expand contracted labs.

i needed help ordering the lab test I was seeking. .The live chat customer service rep was very kind, efficient, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I have a TBI disability and my cognitive skills have been damaged. She was very patient and kind dealing with my slow ability to comprehend. I was able to quickly find the the blood type test I was looking for, and there was a pretty generous deal on it. I was able to get the test and sign up for an appointment with quest labs within 24 hours and the results came as promptly as they within the expected timeframe

I’ve told at least 25 people about this company. If you are over forty, you need to pull your own blood every 3-6 months. If you are over fifty, you need to do it every 3-4 months. Stay ahead of your health, but you will need the data and Ulta Labs is my go to website!

Her doctors always used her bloodwork to understand what’s going on with her on the inside. I’m thankful for your company because it allows us to get the data we need to make impactful health decisions quickly. And the best part, we don’t have to ask/beg the doctors and/or the insurance companies!
