Review collected by a third partyThe whole team (including the AI assistant, Jake) were very friendly and put me at ease immediately. I guess is was just Jake and the attorney I dealt with. Which is also nice not being put on hold and passed off from person to person whom can't seem to help me except to torture me with more hold music and lose me in a sea of busy phone lines. The attorney was personable but also quick to the point without feeling rushed. She was confident and that made me feel confident when so much of this process prior to contacting Tournout has been a nothing short of a nightmare. Alone in this feels like every step and every person is meant to make you spin circles and jump through hoops that feel more like a deterrent. So, this is a great relief for me. Thank you so much
