Review collected by a third partyElderly/Disabled need help with the maze of healthcare. Right away with the help of the advocate and a three way call a lot of confusion was resolved. Healthcare is nothing more than a “for profit” entity. Still have unresolved issues.

Review collected by a third partySince I signed with you guys in March I finally heard something from you after sending 3 emails since March with no response whatsoever and I was called by a robot yesterday instructing me way to quickly to we're i couldn't even get a pen to write anything down I kept saying livecagent please then when my call was redirected I was on hold for over 5min and sent to a voicemail left message and have still not been contacted by a real person there is paperwork the chat bot told me I had to sign and phone calls I had to make and I have no idea what the paperwork is and no idea who I'm supposed to call to move my case forward. Someone please contact me a real person not a computer!!!!
