I asked her for your email address so I could tell you what an outstanding person Salvation is. She has put together things to help me be able to maintain living in my own home. I am scheduled for some outpatient surgery on Tuesday this week. It will be the first time there will be nobody in the house when I get home. Salvation is kind, she is gentle and she is very dedicated to finding the help I have needed. Things are set up so when I come home on Tuesday afternoon, there will be somebody here at my home to get me settled in and stay with me for a while. Prior to working with Salvation, I was frightened I might have to go into a hospital/Rehab center for a day or two because I am alone at home _x000D_ during the day. Salvation has definitely calmed me to a point where I am no longer worried. _x000D_ _x000D_ Salvation is definitely in the right position for helping older and disabled people with needs which they can’t seem to find on their own. I want to thank you as her supervisors, for realizing she is exactly what the elderly/disabled people on Medicare need. _x000D_ _x000D_ Back when I was a supervisor for over 30 years, we used to say an employee who goes above and beyond was a KEEPER._x000D_ _x000D_ Salvation is a KEEPER!!

Turnout told me to call SSA and tell them that I was being represented by turnout, but when I called the lady from SSA said that if turnout was representing me that they should know that they have to fill out a form and send it in to SSA.
