Verified reviewI ordered 10 cases of pint jars and lids from Walmart almost 2 months ago and still have not seen any jars. Packaging Options Direct got me 20 cases of jars and lids in a week. Verified reviewPrices are pretty good, affordable for sure. Products were as described and made well. Good quality. Shipping was not good. Standard shipping took 2 weeks and they use FedEx who is the literal worst carrier. It got to Phoenix in 2 days and then sat there for 4 days prior to being delivered. Will make sure to order well in advance if they continue to use that awful shipping company.

Verified reviewWe got a delivery from one of our previous suppliers with an entire bag of droppers crushed in shipping and they had no stock to replace it. I found Packaging Options Direct online and they had the droppers and the bottles we needed in stock and shipped very quickly with much better packaging so that the droppers arrived safely. We've since ordered from them again and will continue to use them.

Verified reviewOverall the team has been responsive. My issue is with when you place an order for an item that says "24 unit case" but you get 128 unit cases that are not usable. Plus we were charged for the 24 unit case not the bulk rate. The difference is 50 cents per unit! When I asked why, I was told it depends on what the warehouse has in stock... then the customer should be notified if the 24 unit cases are not available as order fulfillment on our side is impacted.
