Very Happy! Site is easy to use, prices are the best, packaging and delivery was fast and not a single bottle broke or even chipped, one issue is the caps were not delivered but as soon as I let them know I had the caps in days. Definitely a customer for life!

i ordered two different sets of caps, the black ones were fine, the bamboo ones were all chipped all over, they sent replacements and the replacements were just as bad or worse. website and customer service were good, products are hit or miss i guess

Great product. Glass is clear and clearly Italian in production. Well made and should last for years compared to plastic products, no leaching or staining. Also the packaging was fantastic, protected the bottles and they were quick on delivery. Thank you Packaging Options Direct for providing such a nice product and great service and delivery.

The carboys arrived in great shape, are beautiful and look good sitting under the arc of the artesian well filling up with water. It would be convenient if a notice of the order being shipped and tracking number were sent without requesting them. They were quick to give that information when I did request it. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the service and the product.
