Verified reviewI have been trying for 5 days to get assistance from Customer Service and no one from your company seems to care, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Apparently, you get ghosted if you have an issue,. Your first impression sucks.

Verified reviewI called in and spoke with customer service as to the sizing and dimensions of these jars and although I spoke with somebody they were unable to provide an answer they were requesting information from the manufacture but to date yet to hear back. I also emailed in on your customer service contact request and still have yet to hear back now I have a lot of glass jars that are not the right size I will end up having to cut over 400 labels because Of a complete lack of response this is my first order and will be my last

Verified reviewThe products are just as advertised, I’m very pleased with the quality of these jars and the covers! Everything was packaged nicely and secured, so far no broken jars! On that note if shipping could be on the time frame stated when the order is placed , this will be the perfect company ! Nevertheless I will be ordering again, this time I will place my order at least 2 weeks before I actually need them ! The prices are the best , very reasonable! I highly recommend! DLB

Verified reviewThe order was late, tracking couldn't find the order and when I received it, the box looked like it have been smashed and 10 bottles were broken. I was very unhappy!

Verified reviewRead the fine print. I ordered gallon jugs... but they sell lids separately and then when I tried to return, a week later and I have received zero response. I don't recommend.

She both called and emailed to inform me my jar order would be delivered much earlier than the original Feb 2022 date originally stated. I sincerely appreciated her reading my first review concerns and as a result finding my order could be filled. As of this morning, Oct 4, 15 of the 24 cases have arrived. I am very appreciative of Ms. Rosenbaum's efforts to locate my order and begin the process of getting them shipped to me. Thanks to her, our business, Providence Preserves LLC, can continue to make preserves!
