Also, in that same vein, the shipping was extremely slow. I also called to inquire about a credit terms account, but no one ever got back to me.. Other than that, I look forward to doing business. Verified reviewAfter going back and forth with the team trying to find out why my order was not shipping, and even directly asking if there was a quality issue after seeing the office become listed as no longer available I was assured several times they were just busy and my order was secure.. after 2 weeks I get an email saying there was a quality control issue and that I would not be receiving my order.. horrible customer service
