Verified reviewI bought a largish transparent blue sapphire set as a solitaire for a right-hand ring and I am very pleased with my experience. What drew me to the NSC in the first place is its large inventory of stones. The website is very informative -- the pictures, videos, and drawings make a lot of information readily available. The rendering service is also very good and helpful. Having said that, I found it useful to see the stones in person (I suppose a trained eye would be able to translate the computer-screen images, but I found it surprisingly important to see the stones for real) and I cannot say enough good things about my visits (I went twice). I was helped by Katherine Hoyt and she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive (also on email). The NSC delivers both on the virtual and in-person shopping experience, and I can highly recommend them.

If you have found your way to The Natural Sapphire Company you can breathe easy. Katherine made the process of picking a stone and designing my piece seamless and anxiety free. The requested free preview of my stone and ring setting together was in my inbox in less than 24 hours. It took all of the guesswork out of whether the end product would look like I was imagining in my head. At no point, did Katherine put any pressure on me to complete my purchase. Instead, she offered to adjust the design in any way. They truly want you to feel 100% comfortable in your decision and to end up with a piece you completely love. If anyone were to ask me if I would buy from this company again, without hesitation “YES!” In fact, I already did! My only warning is to be careful playing around with the design feature on their site. Without planning you will end up falling in love with another unique piece of art!

She put my stone on hold while we organised the payment and made sure to get it off by close of business Friday so it could arrive to me in Australia 5 days later. Verified reviewI purchased a silver and sapphire bracelet for my wife for her wedding day gift of something blue and something new. She absolutely loved it. Communications with the company were great and Roy Rozman put himself forward as a personal point of contact throughout the purchase. He advised me on import taxes in advance so there were no nasty suprises. The itme arrived in good time and was couriered so no risks there. We thought we had a problem a couple of weeks after receiving the bracelet so contact Roy and he asked for images and agreed to send out a free of charge RMA so they could asses the issue. It turned out it wasn't a problem at all but still he offered to either re-send the item FOC or a full refund. Amazing customer service from a company that genuinely want to help and offer advice and support at all points. Five stars from me!
