Verified reviewTheir website was easy to use. It was helpful to compare different ring types and designs. The custom 3D image was incredibly helpful to get a good idea of what your exact selected ring would actually like. They estimated it would take about 3 weeks to create and ship the ring, and their estimate was almost exactly right. It took just slightly less than 3 weeks for me to receive the ring after purchase. It came in a large box with some cleaning solution, all the documents describing the ring, as well as the actual box containing the ring. The ring matched what I expected from the 3D rendering. I worked with Neli Maduwanthi as my sales representative.

The site gives you several ways to view the stone of your choice, many beautiful settings, a variety of metals, and the ability to see the sapphire in the setting before purchasing. Anna walked me through the entire process, told me what to expect, and was just a delight, right through to the follow up. I absolutely love my ring - the cut, the color, the gorgeous setting - it's the gift that keeps on giving!
