Verified reviewLauren helped me the create the perfect anniversary ring. I loved that I got to pick out the exact sapphire that I wanted. I was looking for a timeless investment piece and a stone that is very rare and unique and there were plenty of options to choose from. My ring is beautiful, and the process of creating it was lots of fun. National Sapphire Company makes buying jewelry easy and seamless. It was great to know that I could see the stone in person before committing to it. The stone was exactly as advertised and totally perfect. It made for the perfect anniversary ring. I absolutely plan to purchase from Natural Sapphire Company again.

Verified reviewI wanted to get my girlfriend a gift for our anniversary. I wanted to get her an emerald, as emerald is the best heart chakra crystal, but I wanted to get her a genuine one. I’m very particular about anything I spend a decent amount of money on and I shopped around for a few months and researched emeralds. I eventually narrowed my search down to the natural emerald company. They provided everything I had researched to determine if the emerald was genuine. they were the only company I could find that has magnified images of the actual emerald you will be purchasing so you can pick a very unique piece and know what your getting as well as see them inclusions to determine it’s genuine. On top of that it comes with all the certificates with the necessary details to determine it’s genuine (it even comes with a cert that clarifies it can be used for insurance purposes. Many companies provided certs but they cannot be used for insurance purposes. This is one of the tell tale signs of genuine crystals) I shopped through there great selection of emeralds and picked my favourite one. Getting to see from the website exactly what it will look like in person before purchasing. I wanted to get a necklace in rose gold, but shortly before purchasing the website didn’t anymore display the option for rose gold. This led to my great experience with Neli of the natural emerald company team! I contacted neli about not being able to select rose gold on the website and she aloud me to make my order straight through her. Neli helped me assemble the exact necklace I wanted, even though I couldn’t complete it on the site. She took the time to go over all the specs with me and made sure I had every detail I wanted. She made sure I got the rose gold I wanted as well as the length I wanted, and made sure I was ok with the price and sent me a receipt before I was charged. I had random concerns such as how the item would fair in cold weather etc that I would ask neli and she would respond quickly and help me with any information I didn’t have. When I received the emerald it was beautiful. Timeless. So genuine. At different angles it hits like the northern lights. The experience I had with neli and the natural emerald company made me a customer for life. The quality of the emerald and jewelry is excellent and the service even better. I got a piece that is truly timeless and my gf will cherish for a lifetime, and got customer service from across seas as good as small local shop.

Verified reviewPurchased a pair of 4ct pink purple sapphire earrings… Lauren and team went above and beyond to making sure everything came together as planned. The pictures on the website do an excellent job of showing the gems, but once i found a pair of loose gems that i was interested in, Lauren went above and beyond with providing myself with more pictures and videos both inside and outdoors, just so i could compare the quality of the stoned and the brightness of the stones during different lighting conditions. I could not have been happier, and this was helpful towards my purchasing the sapphires. The earrings came out perfectly. As always, thank you Lauren and team for making these beautiful earrings!
