Verified reviewI wanted to purchase a ring for my wife for our anniversary. We made the mistake of going to another, well-known, jewelry store and got an astronomical cost and a guilt trip when the price tag simply didn't make sense. I was clearly frustrated and looked up alternatives. That's when I found the Natural Sapphire Company. I worked with Lauren, who is brilliant. I told her the exact type of sapphire my wife wanted, an approximate size, etc etc. This was the same stone and same size this other store was offering. Within 24 hours, Lauren had 8 options for me to explore and some approximate costs. These costs were less than 25% of the cost of the other store. They were willing to ship them to me to see, but that was pretty unnerving. With the cost difference, I was able to schedule an impromptu trip to New York for my wife and both kids, got to see some musicals, and got to meet with Lauren in person to pick the ring and setting. Within a month, the ring was on my wife's finger. We also had to have the ring resized, and Lauren made it ridiculously easy. To be fair, I will literally NEVER buy another stone or piece of Jewelry without exploring what these guys have to offer first. I look forward to doing business with them again.
