Charlotte was outstanding to work with from initial inquiry to delivery- friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. I had hoped to find a place that could give me the design freedom I wanted while getting even more quality and service more affordably than you can get from a box store, and NSC did both!

Neli was wonderful and quick to respond to my questions. Even the customer service over the phone was reassuring and fast when I needed to make changes. I really felt like they were there for me the whole way threw with check ins and timely updates. The shipping for both the model and the actual peice were fast, secure and discrete. An amazing company to get a custom saphire.
