Amrita was very quick with correspondences and clear on the next steps I must expect with the process. The care and speed with which Neli (customer service rep) replied to my questions and kept me informed about the selection, purchase, and shipping process was excellent. She was patient with my numerous questions about specific stones, and walked me through different setting options and the many clarifying questions i had about custom ordering a wedding band to complement the setting ring setting that i was considering. Her helpfulness, plus the GIA certificate that came with my final stone, made me comfortable making my purchase, and i was thrilled to see the stone in person when it arrived. The photos and videos on the site are excellent, and yet there is something incredible (and extra gorgeous) about seeing the stone in person. I appreciated having so much information at my fingertips while making my stone selection, and would highly recommend this company (and Neli!) to others. I would buy from them again!

Verified reviewI had been eyeing this company for years but never had the guts to order since it’s online and no the same country as me and sometimes it’s a little scary to make such a big purchase without viewing the piece. But I fell in love with a sapphire and inquired about more pictures, and the service I had (from Amrita Kundu) was absolutely fantastic, quick responses and made me confident enough to purchase the gem! The shipping was so fast, and would’ve had it a day earlier if I hadn’t made a mistake in my address, but as soon as I realized that, I contacted Amrita and she was so efficent in resolving the issue! As I mentioned in our last email, I sincerely hope you are getting the recognition you deserve for your amazing work Amrita, my purchased was certainly not the biggest, most expensive one but I had the best service. (Sometimes when you are not the highest paying client you don’t get the best service in these field.) Lastly but not least, the sapphire is spot on like the pictures and videos, which obviously is always a concern but I’m very happy that the company is displaying accurate pictures of their inventory!

I shared an example of a ring I loved, and Katherine immediately understood the aesthetic I was going for and translated it into a design that captured exactly what I had in mind. From there I had several rounds of questions and a few requests for small modifications, and she was incredibly patient and thoughtful throughout the process. She took the time to address every question and made adjustments that improved the design while keeping the overall vision intact. I purchased a beautiful paraíba tourmaline through Natural Gemstone Company, and the quality of the stone is exceptional. After the purchase, the GIA certificate confirmed it as paraíba tourmaline from Brazil, which made the piece feel even more special. Katherine designed a setting that perfectly showcases the stone while still being delicate and secure. What impressed me most is that the entire design process happened over email, yet it still felt collaborative and easy. I’ve actually worked with a jeweler in person before to design a ring, and I was honestly even happier with how this one turned out. The final ring is stunning and exactly what I was hoping for. I would absolutely recommend working with Katherine and Natural Gemstone Company if you’re looking for someone who truly listens and can translate your ideas into a beautifully crafted piece.
