Verified reviewI had the absolutely best experience working with this company! Katherine made everything so easy and fun, I knew she was just as excited as I was to design my ring. I had a particular stone in mind, and she sent me additional videos to show me how it looked in different light. She also helped me work through the many beautiful settings that were available. She sent completed 3D image/renderings with several settings, and she nailed exactly what I was looking for. I got “the feeling” when I saw “one”! Excellent communication from the moment I sent in my initial inquiries, throughout the selection process, and after I placed the order. I never made a purchase like this before and she made me feel so comfortable, especially since I wasn’t able to see the stone in person. She let me know when my ring was completed and ready to be shipped and was genuinely eager to hear my feedback. This company has excellent products, the website was easy to navigate, and the customer service is THE BEST!! (also, no pressure at all to make a purchase, which is a big deal to many people, myself included) I purchased this ring for a milestone birthday, and I will remember Katherine every time I wear it!

Seemingly limitless selection, unique stones, 3d modeling of selection prior to purchase, and the amount of detail that goes into every part of the process... its breath taking. Sam worked with me start to finish and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Lauren helped me customize a ring to match my vision and the one I received was exactly as shown in the 3D renderings. She worked with me to understand final pricing including conversion, tax and duties due to international shipping so there were no surprises on my end. Before purchasing an engagement ring from TNSC, I worked with other (local and online) vendors and I found TNSC to be the best for both customer service and value for money. My local jeweler wanted double the price for a far inferior ring! Overall very happy with my experience and purchase.
