Lauren took the time to really listen to what I wanted, gave me a range of options to view in their showroom, and when it became apparent that the stone I ultimately purchased had been heat treated (the original paperwork said it wasn't) she promptly rectified the issue by providing a discount. Couldn't be happier with the finished product, and my experiences with this company. High recommend!

Verified reviewi had a wonderful experience working with Lauren at the Natural Sapphire Company. We were searching for a very specific stone and Lauen really helped me with a selection that could fit the bill. She sent me three sapphires to look, knowing I would at least return two of the three and possibly all three. But we ended up choosing one of the three stones and it was very easy to return them. The certificates you get with the sapphire was very thorough and impressive. And the stone was a beauty. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Lauren.

Verified reviewI had a wonderful time from start to finish with The Natural Sapphire Company (TNSC). The website is a joy to navigate, the interactive 3D pics of the stones are phenomenal, the information about sapphires is very useful and well-written. I designed my own necklace, and that whole process went very smoothly. My primary helper was Roy, who was accommodating and understanding and enthusiastic. He was helped out on a couple of occasions by Lauren and Anna, both of whom were as helpful as Roy. When the completed item arrived, it was in a little metal jewel box that weighs (by my kitchen scale) 7.96 ounces. It will survive an earthquake if asked to. The stone and setting are absolutely lovely, and the stone matches in color and brilliance what I saw on my i-Device screens during the shopping process. I had a little customization, which was nicely accomplished. I am now the pleased wearer of a Montana diamond necklace which to me is more attractive than any diamond out there. Thank you TNSC!

She clearly explained the visual characteristics of the stone and offered to have more photographs taken of the stone to help me decide. There was no pressure at all. I realized the best way was to order the stone so as to see it in person. It is perfect! Just as she described it. Verified reviewI bought a largish transparent blue sapphire set as a solitaire for a right-hand ring and I am very pleased with my experience. What drew me to the NSC in the first place is its large inventory of stones. The website is very informative -- the pictures, videos, and drawings make a lot of information readily available. The rendering service is also very good and helpful. Having said that, I found it useful to see the stones in person (I suppose a trained eye would be able to translate the computer-screen images, but I found it surprisingly important to see the stones for real) and I cannot say enough good things about my visits (I went twice). I was helped by Katherine Hoyt and she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive (also on email). The NSC delivers both on the virtual and in-person shopping experience, and I can highly recommend them.

Verified reviewIt can be daunting to make any large purchase. But, when you consider doing a custom piece of jewelry through the internet it becomes terrifying. If you have found your way to The Natural Sapphire Company you can breathe easy. Katherine made the process of picking a stone and designing my piece seamless and anxiety free. The requested free preview of my stone and ring setting together was in my inbox in less than 24 hours. It took all of the guesswork out of whether the end product would look like I was imagining in my head. At no point, did Katherine put any pressure on me to complete my purchase. Instead, she offered to adjust the design in any way. They truly want you to feel 100% comfortable in your decision and to end up with a piece you completely love. If anyone were to ask me if I would buy from this company again, without hesitation “YES!” In fact, I already did! My only warning is to be careful playing around with the design feature on their site. Without planning you will end up falling in love with another unique piece of art!
