Verified reviewUnbeatable service and quality!! I first got in contact with NSC in February, looking for a padparadscha sapphire and diamond engagement ring. Initially I was a bit concerned about ordering such an expensive and personal item online. Thankfully, Lauren made the entire process feel so secure, informative and bespoke. Lauren was extremely prompt with emails, from suggesting stones which met my preferences and budget, to suggesting ring designs and coming back with quotes and renders. No request was too difficult, and even after a complete change in the ring design (including the main stone itself!) despite a couple of months working on the initial brief, the level of service didn't change and Lauren was just as friendly, understanding and prompt! Once the final design and stones were chosen, Lauren got all the certs ready, made sure I was happy through multiple renders and answered all of my many questions on the ring, stone source, sizing and delivery. The ring arrived securely in the most heavy duty ring box. The ring was made to a high standard, it is super impressive - after proposing (and receiving a yes!) everyone has been obsessing over it! Many many thanks to Lauren and the entire NSC team for top service and a top quality product - I would recommend them without reservation and put more jewellery orders in with them in the future! You all made the process so easy and I felt confident in your knowledge and craftsmanship since day one.

Verified reviewLauren was great. After I placed my order, I sent a few emails and placed a call before they opened, and she got back to me quick, answered everything I asked. The ring was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend picked out the setting and the stone. They had what she was looking for. I got a big kick out of the box it came in. I have never seen a ring box like that, usually they are cheap looking, not this one lol. Can't comment on the prices because I have only bought 2 rings in my life. 22 years in-between them also. Online shopping though for rings like we got, I think these guys were real good on the price. The booklet it came with was a added bonus. I would go here again if I was getting more jewelry for the now fiance.

Verified reviewCouldn't be more impressed with Lauren and the crew at the Natural Sapphire Company. I purchased an exquisite green pear shaped sapphire and two smaller white sapphires. The stones were perfect, and the customer service just as superb. I ended up sending the stones back after I could not find a jeweler who could make what I wanted. Lauren was so helpful and accommodating. Hopefully I one day have my dream ring designed! When I'm ready for that, I will be back in touch and utilize this company again.

It took about 4 weeks to receive the ring after purchasing but it was well worth the wait. The renderings they provide are exceptional previews of what you’re getting. They have so many beautiful options which made it difficult for me to make a choice. I was able to select a stone and a custom setting. Thank goodness for Lauren, she was so patient with me. She walked me through every step of the process; she provided additional pictures and videos to compare different sapphires, answered every question I had, and she was honest and very professional. The customer service is superb and the website has plenty of information which made a great on-line shopping experience. Once the ring was shipped, it arrived very fast and the of course the presentation was gorgeous! The completed ring is STUNNING!! Thank you Lauren and I look forward to working with you again on my next purchase.
