Verified reviewWhen I started upon the path of my proposal, I was aware that Sapphires came in all shapes and sizes. It was the birthstone of my, now, fiancé and she was absolutely enamored with the stones so I had seen a sapphire or two. Enough, actually, to know that I never quite felt like the cool blue gem matched the vibrance of her personality. Upon discovering that Sapphires came in different colors too, I decided that when I decided to propose I would do my best to find a sapphire color that embodied the spirit of the woman I love. The only issue was that I couldn’t find a sapphire stone colored with both the warmth AND the fierceness I felt from her. The first stones I found were pink or light shades of purple but none were quite the deeper and more captivating color I was searching for. After weeks of debating over light pinks, purples, and dull reds, it was on The Natural Sapphire Company website that I first stumbled upon a Ceylon padparadscha sapphire. The color jumped out to me from the moment I saw it—vibrant, fiery, and full of joy. I immediately funneled my search efforts and, within minutes of seeing the color for the first time, I decided upon a 3.5 carat oval gem. I’d like to say that my worries were over, but I had no idea what I was getting into short of theorizing that it would likely take a while and a considerable deal of effort to prepare a ring from the stone. It was minutes after the purchase and with amazing fortune that Lauren from The Natural Sapphire Company reached out to me in an email. Lauren easily met any of my concerns with a calm and reassuring air and made sure that I was updated at every stage of the process. I mentioned that I wanted to propose before the end of the year and while Lauren assured me that her team at The Natural Sapphire Company would do everything they could to speed through the process and get me the ring in about two weeks, she also gave me the distinct impression that there would be no details missed. Before I even had the chance to count the days, the ring was shipped to me and, after a not insignificant amount of anxiety, on the hand of my fiancé. If you want not only a perfect ring but also an experience that is perfect in every way, I would highly recommend working with The Natural Sapphire Company and, if you’re especially lucky, with Lauren! My thanks to Lauren and to her whole team for their efforts and for their help in the happiest choice of my life.

With Laurens assistance I found the sapphire, diamonds and setting that I was hoping for and was able to see a picture of the ring prior to purchasing and ordering. I was interested in a custom piece and the team that reached out with Charlotte leading was so patient, responsive, and professional. In the end I wound up buying the stone i was interested in but got a setting I liked elsewhere. I was never pressured to buy and when I declined to buy the setting, Charlotte was happy for me and offered to send out the certificates for the stone the next day.

She advised me on the differences between white gold and platinum and helped me choose the appropriate precious metal. Once my order was placed I received periodic updates on the progress of my purchase. When I had questions about the delivery process, Lauren promptly responded and assured me that a signature would be required and that the package would not be left at the front door for the porch pirates to take. The final products were delivered on time and in time for Christmas. The packaging was very professional including all of the documentation and gemology reports. The box containing my purchase was a work of art itself.. and the product was exquisite and well received I highly recommend The Natural Emerald Company for their focus on customer satisfaction, communication, prompt and professional responses and excellent products.

Verified reviewLauren helped us with two purchases that we were hoping would be custom-made, shipped, and received before the holidays. Everything went smoothly! We enjoyed working with her and felt like every question was answered thoroughly before we made our decision. The only issue concerned a little piece of metal on the back of pierced earrings ithat slides on the post to secure it. The size they offer is too small for anyone’s fingers to safely maneuver. Ask for a larger size back to slide on posts for pierced earrings.
