The color is just the right kind of blue that matches my personality. The diamonds are brilliantly white. I am very happy to have purchased this piece from the Natural Sapphire Company. This was a shot in the dark for me, as I don’t live near their store and I did not have a chance to see my jewelry which I was gifting in person. She was so quick to respond to questions and was very polite! When my jewelry came in the mail, I was very pleased to see that not only was the jewelry just as gorgeous as the pictures, but the certification and boxing was gorgeous- so much so, I didn’t even have to wrap it to gift it! I couldn’t have had a better experience with this company and I highly recommend it to anyone else looking for natural ruby jewelry!

Katherine even took the time to meet with us in person when we were in the city visiting. Seeing the emeralds up close really helped make our decision. We went through several design changes and Katherine was able to show us all the options so we could narrow our selection and find the perfect ring. She was also very communicative, responding quickly to emails and gave timelines so we weren’t waiting/surprised. The Natural Emerald Company has a great selection and quality, and even better teammates like Katherine. I highly suggest working with her, it was a great experience from start to finish!

The website was easy to navigate to find the gem and setting. Charlotte was the one that assisted me during the initial process of building the ring based on what my partner wanted. Charlotte was responsive when I had any questions. Updates once the ring was purchased were frequent and received all the updates from purchase to pick up. The team were also great while Charlotte was not available during the pick up and the ring looks amazing. My now fiancé loves the ring and it was everything she imagined her ring to be.
