Verified reviewI can't say enough good things about my experience. I had initially visited the showroom in search for a custom engagement ring. Although we went in another direction, Amrita was so patient and attentive throughout the entire process that I decided to make a purchase a few months later. The website is easy to navigate and provides a lot of educational resources to help you understand gemstones. The website images and videos are helpful and representative of the stones and the rendering requests are done quickly and were also representative of the final product (though I'd say the pieces are even more beautiful in person). I'm so happy I decided to give them a try and recommend that you do, too.

The sapphires are lovely and full of character just as I hoped. We will be creating a custom ring. They even made sure to get them all the way to Netherlands for us. I had a lot of very important questions, and she took the time to answer them clearly and thoughtfully. She really guided me through the entire selection process, which made it much easier to feel confident in my choice. What stood out just as much as her help was how prompt and quick she was with responses—every time I reached out, I didn’t have to wait long to get the answers I needed and the requested renderings of how my stone would look in different ring settings. Also, their website is fantastic. They use pictures of their actual stones in different lighting and backgrounds which are beautiful and well-done, but the best part is that the stone I received looked even better in person! I was genuinely impressed by the quality and how accurately everything was represented online. Overall, I would highly recommend The Natural Sapphire Company and Katherine to anyone looking for knowledgeable guidance, fast communication, and stunning stones!

I worked with representative Lauren, and she was the best. I highly recommend using them for when buying gemstones and jewelry. I always recommend asking for third party lab reports and verification and they assisted with that request with no issues.

Verified reviewI purchased a less expensive ring to test the process before investing in a higher-value item. The item matched the 360 view exactly. I was nervous about this after seeing so many images on other sites that are either misleading or too blurry to really see detail. The videos in different lighting and different magnification also helped me make my decisions. Communication was good and the ring arrived on time. I love my new ring and I'm already looking at the sapphires for my next one!
