  The aluminum railing posts I bought are very nice. Very well made and thought out. I will buy them again. The other components were very high priced compared to other sources. I bought the posts here and all the other components elsewhere. Shipping charges from SR&C are ridiculously high when compared to other sources. The website is clear, and fast. Navigation is good. No problems with the site.

  The cable and rail fence was ordered for installation in CA, and based on multiple conversations and measurements, the fence was delivered exactly as specified, no missing parts, ready to be installed. The installation came out beautifully. The fence is of high quality material and looks very professional. I'll love it for many years!

  Communication was horrible with this company. Took an extra week to place an order because they wouldn’t call me back so I could pay them. Shipping came later than expected and the entire order wasn’t there and no communication to let me know. I had to initiate the conversation every time. I have had to delay the project 2 times now because of the material delays and no communication. My installer has been delayed too. Poor communication and service.

  I have only received great products from SC&R. My deck is beautiful because of the materials I have purchased. My only complaint is the price. They are pricey and then shipping or freight (depending on what you buy) adds more. I will always research for the best price/quality when I make purchases and will keep SC&R on my list of vendors.

  The order went smoothly and arrived in great shape and in a timely manner. SCR was great on the design which we reworked several times. The installed product looks great. The only downer is that SCR designed in standard drilled posts going down a short stairway where we should have used custom drilled posts and I missed the error.

  Obviously with the internet at our fingertips it's easy to research and find TOO many options to choose from. Being a contractor, I knew that price wasn't everything and there are definitely cheaper companies too choose from but stainless cable railing was always the website I came back to. I was about to narrow my search to 2 companies and submitted my project design to both and explained what I needed to accomplish. Although the other company was cheaper, they didn't have the color option I needed (bronze) which I saw as odd because that's such a popular color and will continue to be so they're potentially loosing money everyday. I even weighed the option of ordering the lesser expensive material then having it powder coated locally but I am so glad I didn't. The communication process from start to finish was top notch. The material construction was equally the same. Every piece was packaged so carefully and no excess was sent for mistakes so we were very careful during the install. Somehow there was a top handrail missing so I contacted SCR, no questions were asked, they said they'd send one out immediately and within a week I had a replacement top rail on the job and was able to finish that day. When I do another project, I will certainly use SCR in the future!

  We have an island property in NH where the logistics of getting work done and supplies delivered can be a challenge. We had extensive railings installed. Stainless Cable was a joy to work with. The salesman I dealt with was knowledgeable, always returned calls and answered questions, Materials arrived as promised and if there was a delay we were informed. I can’t recommend this company too highly.

  Terrific customer service - very helpful phone representatives worked me through the design/ordering process to get exactly what i needed. My primary issue was the UPS delivery which, due to no fault of Stainless Railing (except perhaps having used UPS in the first place), took almost a month to deliver my order and after many hours on the phone trying to find out what happened to my order, it was discovered that for some inexplicable reason it had been sitting in their customs warehouse for weeks even though all duties have been paid immediately upon notice. The day my order was finally delivered I got a voice mail from UPS telling me that my order was being held at Customs, the matter was out of their hands and they would get back to me when they heard anything further...The only other criticism is the quantity of plastic packaging that was used for shipping. I appreciate the order having arrived in perfect condition however if you are even a little bit environmentally conscious regarding plastic waste, be prepared for your head to explode when you open and unwrap your order...

  During my project I actually increased the scope twice because of the ease of installation and quick availability of materials.   Supplied and charged to many 3/8 SS bolts, washers and nuts approx $75 charge, But didn't include even one extra of the cable ends. Easy to work with and timely. Would have been even better if the mounting bolt holes had been drilled. Takes a fairly expensive drill press to drill through the two levels in each post. I would use them again

  This is a top rate company and product. Very impressive in taking our rough drawings and coming up with a computerized drawing that then translated into each and every part needed to complete the deck. Outstanding customer service, quick accurate responses to questions or changes. We did our own install and found it was quite straightforward. A few learning curve items that were not covered in their excellent videos. I would recommend setting your fasteners half way on the threaded ends to allow for maximum ability to tighten/loosen your cables. That amount of reveal looks good too. All of the components are of the highest quality. Loving our railing.

  Highly recommend... Website wonderfully put together down to every detail with shop drawings. Exhibits. Sales team is very helpful in pulling all the puzzle pieces together. Functionally and aesthetically Stainless Steel Cable and Railing has every thing covered eg stainless steel post to deck secutions. Material extremely heavy duty... I've come to realize 20 years is not a very long time so I bought this railing for lifetime
