  Super helpful sales people and a product that speaks for itself. My buddy was dubious on the idea of ordering all the stuff online, but I couldn't be happier I chose SC&R anyway. I was quoted twice the amount for my project by the company contracted through the local lumber yard, and I think the product SC&R sold me ended up looking a lot nicer than the in store demo for the other product. My only criticism is the website could use a project estimation tool.

  I found working with this company and it was the first time I worked with this company very straightforward and simple. All communications were done either online or over the phone. There were a few hiccups but the thing about a good company is when you discuss it with them they take responsibility and immediately respond in a positive way as was done here. The woman I worked with in the sales force was knowledgeable and help me make decisions. There were no hesitations in sending me samples which I need to because I made a mistake on the shipping address. And at the end when I needed a few little things to finish the job they were sent free of charge. Also other quotes I got were twice the cost for very similar products.

  The system we ordered is beautiful. Our contractor thought it was the best cable railing system he has ever Installed. I love the fully recessed tighteners, so clean and finished looking. Beautiful. We did have to source the poles from another company, wow, what an amazing result!

  we were matching a cable railing installed last year and the new cable (with correct strand count) did not match what was purchased last year. The diameters were slightly off. still the same product but a trained eye can tell the difference.

  I ordered posts for a loft railing and a stairway. I did not use the cable but instead used some salvage materials from the building we remodeled. The quality of the posts is second to none. Everything is machined to exacting standards which makes using them a pleasure. From purchase via the internet to delivery to installation a great experience.   Placed my second order with them three weeks ago. Both times I received great customer service figuring out what would be needed for my DIY projects. Twice in a row, everything that was needed was received. The quality of the materials (ordered aluminum posts with stainless cables) is top-notch and the end result is beautiful high-quality railings that will last.

  The order process was amazing (5 out of 5). The installation was acceptable (3.5 out of 5). The product was very good (5 out of 5). The rental unit was poor (2 out of 5). The post purchase return support was not acceptable in my opinion (1 out of 5). The order said I had pre-paid for the return but after back and forth I ended up needing to pay for it (1 out of 5). So if the rental I paid for was acceptable and the return was provided or clearly spelled out that I would need to pay, I would give these guys and the product a 5 out of 5. The company needs to dot their i's a little.

  Stainless Cable Railing produces a high quality product and provides great customer service. The sales person I worked with was very knowledgeable and put together a complete order, with all parts and tool rentals that were needed to complete the job based on my design. The cable railing along side the stairway in the great room is actually a highlight of the room. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Stainless Cable Railing.

  Had a bit of a hard time finding the right parts on your website. I also wish that your website and or sales team would warn me about the screws and the correct drill bits to be used. I lost weeks on my project because I could not get the correct pieces put together. I also have a hideous coupling on my hand rail because Martin did not listen and ship what I needed. I would recommend but would caution the end user to be extra cautious with what they ordered and ask a million questions on what other accessories are needed. The quality of the materials are super!

  the railings look great. Understand though there was one mistake on 1 post and I had to add screws to cover the holes instead of it being remade. I also never called to tell them, I needed for it to be done because it takes them a while to get the post to you with the holes needing to be drilled. Also there standard height is 42" tall and they say you can cut them down, I would not suggest this. I did order mine at 39" tall and I should had them done at 36" 39" is to tall. They also drill 11 hole they need to drill 10 only if you order 36" tall. there service was great and I would recommend them to any one Other than that I happy but it took a lot of thing on my part for the railings to work and be installed

  Superior products from SC&R. Sourcing supplies and parts is very easy on their website. It was nice to see the gallery of completed projects to gather inspiration. Packing and delivery was professional. My only compliant is the lead time is longer than expected. For my small project, both orders took about 1 month each. I would use them again for my next build.

  Everything was fine except I was not offered anything but ups. The product $34.53. The ups bill was $35.89. Took nine days to get here. I asked the Post office how much to mail from my address to yours. Answer $14.00 and change. Will not happen again.

  As long as you do YOUR homework, these guys can build you anything. There were a few questions, and the fabricator pointed out an issue to me that we overcame in short order.   Everything went well; however, one of the cable tensioners was not threaded. When I made an additional purchase, the new tensioner should have been replaced free of charge. I was still charged for this new tensioner.

  My Cable Railing experience was perfect. I installed my cable railing myself for the first time and the project went perfect. The help and expertise on the other end of the phone was was spot on. They must have been installers before because they understood my questions and concerns and set me up with everything I needed for a smooth project.
