  The materials are great, but I was short railing and cable fasteners. The railing says 20 ft in the ad but it comes at 19 ft which wouldn't allow for the cuts needed. The company did send me the railing and parts, but it delayed the job for 2 weeks. The other problem is that the pictures of the mahogany rail show it sanded and stained. However, it comes in rough sawn form which took 2.5 hours each of sanding to get them smooth and curved on the edges. I used the oil rub, and it looked great for the first 2 weeks, then the wood began to look rough and unfinished. I added another coat and hope that will solve the problem.

  It was my first time using a horizontal cable rail system. After spending days researching this type of railing, it was the one that most impressing system i found, and after installing the system I would recommend mend it to anyone looking for this still of system.   The product looks great. Get ready to wait for delivery. Our last order came in two parts, one three weeks after the order followed by the balance of the order two weeks later. They don't seem to have inventory control and shipping together. Also the product does require work when it arrives. For 36" posts, you have to cut. Overall after all is said and done, the railing looks great.

  Hi, the service is great although it took along lead time to get the order. Packaging was top notch and all parts came delivered unscathed. Had to send some materials back as they weren't needed and credit was issued no problem. If you are using the epoxy glue make sure you have or can rent a gun that fits the weird glue cartridge.   Excellent company selling a very high end product. Not all stainless is the same. Many suppliers do not sell 316 SS and the product will likely be prone to corrode or rust. SC&R sells Marine grade ss.

  The product arrived with all its parts in order and on time. It was easier to install than others we have used over the years. The only caution I would add is if you need to add on to your order, the shipping costs are very high, so make sure you have everything you could need.

  Very easy to get the right railing installation material. Just provide a plan view sketch of the deck and where you want the railing and openings along with corresponding length dimensions. You need to select post materials, colors and cable with hardware choice and they provide a bill of material along with invoice. Remember to buy their cutter and crimper! I bought the 3/16 inch ss cable and ended up ordering their tools after the fact. Great quality and get the job done. Very satisfied with look of deck railing when finished but follow the instructions provided and you’ll get thru it!

  Talking to your people on the phone they are very helpful The top rail came in with several areas scratched from shipping. order 2.0’ got 2pcs @ 10’. I had to return and caps finish was poor. One piece of top rail was not form properly too wide send pictures. It seemed like I got the leftovers on the floor talk to Alex about it he was very helpful but with all that said I like the product I will be ordering more wish there was a better way to ship it so it did not get all scratched up

  I have ordered twice over two years and will probably order again in the near future. The pricing is for and A+ product but the finish on the stainless steel caps is a B- to much small pitting and polish marks. For the price the quality of the finish should be better.

  Great and professional looking railing. I installed my railings that were fabricated on site with cables. They look and perform very well. All that said, the components are ridiculously expensive. $.34 for a single nut?! Even while I'm saving money by doing it myself, I feel like I'm getting ripped off.

  Overall seemed to be a high quality product, fairly easy to install. One of the pieces of Ipe sent for the top rail was no good but they re-reimbursed the cost. Would have been nice if a few extra pieces of each hardware item were sent. Seemed to be pretty much an exact number of each item leaving no room for error or loosing a screw or washer but overall a very good product and helpful and responsive staff.

  Product itself is great, it came out great and all but costumer service on the other hand was not that good at all. I had to call four times to figure out what items i needs for the rail. Its my first time buying this kind a rail so i wanted to make sure i get all i need before it ships so it all comes at the same time. Costumer service was getting annoyed by the question, i even got answer just look it up online it will tell you what you need. It took me 4 times to call to finally get someone to help me with my order.

  Item was of much worse quality than the previous order. Welds are sloppy and if the wrong temperature, piece is not square and level. Now I have to possibly rework my project because this item is not visually appealing, and I dont want to order another and get the same quality.

  I appreciate the response. However, I am not concerned about the weld visual. I am concerned about its integrity, as I stated it was not done properly. Also, you did not address the out of squareness of the item. I bought several in the past with no issues, so they should be of the same version. I would appreciate a quality replacement item.

  Very good. how to videos on infill projects would be good. I also have a suggestion about tensioning cables. As a guitar player I have an electronic tuner that works on the vibration of the strings to give me the right note for that string ( mine is called a Snark ) It would be cool if I could just clamp that onto my cable rail and tension it to a specific note, whatever that would be. Over all I think you have a good site. Tom
