  Quality aluminum posts and stainless steel cabling. Purchased product from stainlesscablerailing.com to replace the railing on our waterfront deck. The material received was packaged so the product would arrive with no scratches or damages. The instructions to assemble the railing was very detailed and steps were organized in a logical sequential manner. It is obvious that there was a lot of thought that went into the package of materials received- even down to the Phillips bit for screwing the mounting plate to the posts. Thank you for a quality product.

  website is OK. Clear enough and understandable. My last order was for a crimping die set for 1/8 inch cable to fit your hydraulic crimping tool. The die set did not fit and we needed to machine off several thousandths. The tool we used was a loaner and only had the 3/16 die set. Better check your inventory.   great product, excellent customer service, I look for the railing material in several web sites and somehow ended up with this one, my wife called to place the order she had the wrong part fitting they explained to her that part will not fit the product she was getting and she needs a different part, they provided her with the correct part, placed the order and been happy since then, I'm considering having railing at my other place and will defiantly use them again.

  Overall I had a great experience with what seems like a quality product thus far. The only issues I had were the following: - My corner top rail piece was more of an 88 degree angle, than a 90 degree. - I went with black cables; some of the cables had wear from shipping. - The black wedge spacers were on back order for a couple months. - Shipping was expensive These are all very minor details or items that are not within my expectation. Great product and helpful people.

  Good overall. Instructions should be improved. Post feet should be shimmed so that posts are perfectly plumbed relative to each other! Once installed, cables should be allowed to stretch for several days before cutting off excess material,(cut one time).

  During my initial inspection of the products, I was impressed with the obvious quality of all the materials. Definitely worth the money spent! The customer service was excellent. I spent a lot of long winded phone calls with Larry answering all my questions and as a result installation was a breeze. I spent the little extra money for the Type 2 Cable quick lock feature and would suggest the the outside diameter could be reduced .030 or .060" to provide for a little larger contact area with the metal posts. Great products, great look for the deck, and a great company to do business with!

  Fantastic product! I constructed my SC&R handrail system myself on my new home deck and it looks great. SC&R provided detailed installation instructions, online how-to videos, and telephone support when I had questions. They manufacture and sell a quality product that I highly recommend.

  Product was excellent...instructions were very vague...I found mistake in instructions for them to correct...their customer service guy instructed me to drill larger holes in my terminal posts for my fittings which absolutely positively did not need to be done and when I questioned this and said it did not need to be done he mentioned no big deal having larger hole in post than needed...this would have resulted in ugly detail...I received a defective fastener and they sent another one in few days

  I had a great experience with this company. Going direct online was MUCH more straight-forwad than ordering through my middle-man hardware store. The people at SC&R were more knowledgeable and faster. I also had a crimping tool break during installation and they sent me a new one within days. I plan to place another order soon.

  Outstanding customer service! Very high quality merchandise and fast shipment. When an aluminum post I ordered became damaged in transport, a replacement was sent out immediately with a pre-paid return label for the damaged part. The customer service communication was superb.   Responsive and knowledgeable personnel. Other than a delay in delivery, thought they were excellent. The product looks great. We have owned it 6 weeks, so the jury is out on its durability but seems like it will hold up well, good materials.
