  The website is user-friendly. Very easy to navigate. Captions are eye catchy. Product descriptions very detailed and clear. Customer care service was prompt in answering and ready to assist. My confusion was clarified at with kind words and direct answers. Checking out is very easy, and straight to the point. My orders were submitted without any hitch. Instructions were given in reference to inspection and notations of any damage (s) in the invoice before a credible witness who is the Driver of the vehicle. I never knew Companies require such careful detailed information on the inspection and observation of goods shipped to a customer. This is my first. Definitly, i will recommend this company to friends any time. I am looking forward to receiving my PSD450 spa pedicure chairs that i ordered. Hoping and believing that they will serve me well, will increase my earnings,that will enable me to expand my business and make some reorder. I also hope the will honour their words by replacing the damaged chair (s) should there be any damage on the chairs. I was impressed with the prompness of Customer care service. That gave me the courage to continue with the orders. The Lady was patient and her kind and professional. That endeared me to the Company. It has not been easy making online shopping without the fear of fraudsters hacking into your Credit or Debit card. She explained to me the use of e-check. This was my first ever transactions with e-check. Please keep up your Business like attitude. I do not know how big the Company is, but you have great staffout there, adding the human touch to the great products you have. I have to stop here. Our journey is about to start. I have not seen the chairs i ordered and have not used then to rate their work ability and durability. All that will take us to the next level of ratings and assessments. I am in love with the products and they come in amazing beautiful colours. They are beautiful spa chairs. I will always recommend them to people.Until then, i had a fabulous time shopping at your site.

  The Dir treatment bed is great, but the clear full coverage is poor. The clear full coverage is not fit properly. there is no hole and they came filthy and poor quality. I spend $180 for clear coverage. The delivery came within three weeks, but I have to pay 3% for paying with a credit card.

  I had a great experience during my ordering process! I am very particular and had the agent (Nikia) helping me with several options. She sent me pictures, followed up and even walked me through the quality of some previous chairs. She was just a jewel and really represented this company well! I will update my post of post more once it arrives. So far great start!
