  The service and prices were great. I did a lot of research and comparison of prices, read reviews. After making my purchase I received a call the thee unit I choose was unavailable. Alison from Customer Service was great and helped my find another unit and worked with me. Can't beat that. Keep in mind this was in March and we were still in Covid-19 mode. Thanks to Alison I will always check them out first.

  I walked into the shop about a month ago to discuss installation recommendations and advice on a proper install on a JL audio system. Mike steered me in the right direction and really helped me on the best component speakers and best scenario for my setup. I’m a novice in the car audio world and Mike and his guys did an amazing job installing my 10w7’s, 1200/1v3, battery upgrade, 300/4v3, C7’s and C2’s. Mike is knowledgeable, respectful, and most importantly took care of me his customer. I will surely be back in the future for any other work needed done. Very professional and honest work done here.

  I called the guys at TriState hoping to get an appointment to have a remote start installed he following week, but I was told they were booked up for several weeks and wouldn't be able to get in until the middle of the following month. (I was hoping to sneak it in the week of after Christmas). I was then asked to hold on while he checked something- a few minutes later, he told me there was a cancellation for the following day, so if I wanted, they could sneak me in. I made the appointment, dropped my car off then next day, and later that afternoon I was called saying the job was done. I've been using it happily ever since. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I truly appreciated not having to deal with sitting in my car waiting for the windows to defrost every morning for several more weeks!

  Took me right in, had the right item, and made adjustments later without any questions. When a problem occurred later with my radio, which they didn't touch, they correctly diagnosed my alternator was going bad. Also, no charge for that. Going back for upgrades to backup camera and radio.
