  I had questions about the unit I was considering purchasing. I called customer service and they connected me with someone who had the answers to my questions. I didn't order right away and the head unit package went out of stock. I connected with customer service again and they were able to acquire what was needed for my install. A few additional things were suggested to make the install better. Delivery was fast. Install went great. Everything I needed was there. It works fantastic and looks factory. The one thing that I was surprised about the head unit I chose is that it takes 20 seconds to boot up when first turned on. Good thing that the reverse camera works right away. It was kind of annoying at first but now I don't even notice. After the fact I did some research on that and it appears that almost all of the head units with navigation have a boot time and this one had the longest. Oh well. Like I said, I don't even notice anymore. Happy with my purchase.

  Product I purchased was a refurbished unit. I called to inquire about product and return policy. Was satisfied to learn I could return up to 30 days for exchange or refund. I did order and received the product within a couple days. Everything came with unit and at least from appearance everything looked new. Installed and setup everything and so far it works flawlessly. The price was very good actually cheaper than the same product selling used on the web. Fast shipping great price. I recommend buying from Sound of Tri-State!

  Quality assurance is none. I received an open box missing parts, good customer service and sent it back, waited for the replacement. The replacement was also open and missing parts. The sad thing is, I could have made one complete unit if I had both and returned one with no parts but that didn't happen. Quality assurance should have sent a complete unit and tape closed the box. Customer service was very nice but as a customer, I'm never going to order anything or recommend this business.

  I saved for a long time to buy my Challenger and my Corvette. I've trusted the crew at the Dover store with both of them, numerous times. While the guys at the counter (Jaimie and Bobby) have always treated me well, I must hold the technician Scottie out in front. He's gone the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my projects. Scottie is one the best methods Sound Of TriState has for advertising. This company is on the right track for consumer services.

  The install tech was absolutely awesome. Trying to get an appointment was harder then it should be. Installs are only available on weekdays when most people work. I would suggest at least Saturday Hours to accommodate customers work schedules. Friendly sales and service team! Impeccable install work!

  Order arrived on time. Quality head unit great sound out of the kenwood dpx593bt. Install was a but of a challenge going into a 1996 ford ranger but it fits nice with little bit of cutting on the dash piece (nothing visible once mounted) would have been a 5 star review if the proper screws for the mounting brackets were included. The manual listed what size I needed so it wasn't too big of a problem just had to run to my local hardware store. Overall great product and packaging was excellent to handle the crazy mail service people lol.

  I've had the worst experience with this company!!! First everything I bought from this company was not sent to instead I was sent cheap quality products that wasn't even able to work with each other so even if I wanted to just say screw it and deal with what I was sent I couldn't because I couldn't even use the stuff. after getting ahold of a tech at one of your stores who's number I was able to find but was in a whole other state because I got no kinda reply from the support email address I was given, I was able to get a different head unit sent to me that supposedly would let me connect my Android phone to it and do everything the head unit I originally paid you for including being able to connect my two head rest monitors, which sounded great and I thought everything was gonna be great and my problems would be solved but definitely was wrong because I was sent a refurbished head unit that was obviously faulty because after going without a radio the whole time I was waiting for the new head unit I was completely disappointed because it wouldn't stay on or reset or connect to anything I paid three different audio stores the first to install it and the next two to try to get it to work but non of them were able to and all told me the problem was in the radio itself I literally paid for hours of these guys time to keep rechecking every possible wire that has anything to do with the radio and a for nothing. I'm now going on almost two months with no radio in my truck and just going to buy a radio from another company since I can't seem to get what I paid for from your company!

  We had 2 cars go in for Automatic Starters recently. We previously had a couple of satellite radios and another starter installed. They are very easy to deal with, dropoff/pickup and quality of work. We had a problem with one of the installs this time, my daughter's battery was ruined. They readily fix the issue and we are awaiting a response if they will cover any of the cost for the new battery.

  Mostly fawless on-line purchase. Radio arrived as expected in a timely fashion. During the install, when I inspected the touch screen, it had a small scratch in the glass towards the edge of the screen. Since my dash was apart at the time I first notice the scratch, I finished the install to see if it affected the functionality. Thankfully it didn't. So I decided not to return it. Needless to say it's still bothers me a little bit though whenever I see it. Other than that the radio works fine and the install was easy. Make sure you unbox and inspect the radio when you immediately receive it. I waited almost a week after I received it for all my other parts to arrive before finally opening and inspecting at the install. I think I would have sent it back for a different one had i originally opened the box and inspected the radio in a timely manner.

  Very helpful and did the job actually ahead of time since I showed up earlier then what I thought the appointment was scheduled for. The tech was very helpful when I scheduled the appt as well as the one that I talked to at the store. Had to get a couple parts replaced on the remote start that was purchased about 6 months prior, no fault of the store. This vehicle is used for Mom ( my daughter ) and my Special Needs Grandson Connor. I bought the remote start system for her and my grandson and got it fixed just in time before the real heat hit. This is her Dad . Thanks .

  I ordered two power accustiks headrest monitors and two rf headphones and what I got was a cheap Chinese knockoff called chameleon and some cheap headphones was a complete waste of time I got a full refund but it cost me a bunch of time I shouldn’t have had to spend on shipping it back and finding replacement units all in all I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to get what they paid for
