  Well I didn’t like that you showed that you had the part I was looking for, then after I order it and you wait a day and say you do not carry it anymore. You take my money then you take a week to get back to me. NOT A VERY GOOD PRACTICE

  Great customer service. I purchased a refurbished amplifier and they contacted me to apologize that it was no longer in stock. They offered me a brand new amplifier that was a newer model than the one I was buying for only an additional $55. The upgraded amplifier would have normally been $105 more than the $55 dollar upgrade. They went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

  Ordered a Pioneer AVH-2330NEX that was out of stock or at a much higher price everywhere else. I received a newer model AVH-2440NEX which was a nice surprise. Great pricing and quick shipping. I would buy again for sure!

  I purchased the twk-88 processor for the price they had listed I had gone back 2 days later and found out they had it on sale for $30.00 cheaper and without even calling them they had given me the sail price.The packaging was great they take pride and care about there customers they definitely have my customer loyalty I will be purchasing from SOUND OF TRI-STATE again.THANKS AGAIN SOUND OF TRI-STATE.

  The site is very easy to navigate to find what you need with tons of information on the products with a bunch of different options delivery was super fast customer service was friendly I love their call waiting music it is very original not like the elevator music you hear when you're put on hold with different companies I will definitely buy from this company again this is my second head unit from Sound of Tri-State

  Wasn't the plug and play radio i thought i ordered. Cost a couple hundred extra to install because i had to buy tools to make changes to the frame to install. Didn't want to risk sending back and getting the wrong radio again. As far as the radio, it works fine. Delivery was on time.
