  Easy to install. Not intuitive. Settings were moved from where they were in win 7. Desk top icons disappeared. Had to reload the software 3 times. Some features don't work or are useless.

  Purchasing the usb drive version is worth it unless you have one already. Yeah... you could download it yourself and make a flash drive but if you don't already have that I'd recommend paying the few extra bucks for the USB drive.

  I had to return this software to Amazon as I was not able to get a new SD drive to work in my laptop. If I was not able to install the a new SD drive and I was going to install the Windows 10 software. I use Windows 10 at work and it is a very nice piece of software.

  Windows key worked, I didn't activate through the USB however. I already had windows pre-installed, I just needed the key. It was a legit key and it worked without a problem.

  Personally, it seems more & more likely for those that have used Microsoft products would be more likely to be pushed to subscribe to their Office subscription products. In most cases it is a good idea, particularly is you operate a small business. But otherwise, it really depends on the kind of person you are. If you are are operating remotely for services, than it would be wise to get the subscriptions software. I decided to give Microsoft 365 a try after I had to replace my Dell computer broke. I have previously used MS Office Home, which was only for 1 computer. So I decided to give the Microsoft 365 software a try. Truthfully, I felt that I was pushed to see if it was worth the purchase. At the end, this is what I found.What was once named Office 365 from Microsoft, was changed to Microsoft 365. This software is a yearly subscription service, which gives you all the features before with no change. You do get cloud storage for all your Office documents from Excel, Word and Powerpoint. The software is simple and reliable. I was able to get full access to my resume and letters in Word without a glitch. The downside though is the cost. It does cost a arm & a leg overall. Considering that you would still have to spend anywhere from $70-$100 a year just to keep the service. Also, considered there was a college version of Office 365 years ago, which gave the service as a 4-year subscription for the same price as is this 1-year subscription, but ultimately was cancelled from Microsoft because of low enrollment in the software. Still, it is a reliable software for anyone that prefers to have Microsoft office annually.I did mostly get what I needed with Microsoft 365, a reliable service with all the needs of office space. While I still am distraught that I would spend more with this program, it still holds up very well. Personally, I think Microsoft would be much better if they gave a lifetime service for just 2 computers for Microsoft 365, instead of people have to pay for it annually. They have with Microsoft Office Home, but it is only for 1 single computer. Stil if you operate a business, get this software anyway.Price: C+Convenience & Setup: BOverall: B-

  I used this this to replace an old Vista operating system on my Compaq Presario CQ50 laptop. It took a few attempts during the boot-up to find the right function key to press (it was F9), to change the boot sequence to the usb drive, but once I did that, and deleted the partitions, the install went smoothly. Now WIN10 is up and running.

  This Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Microsoft Windows10 installation was worth every cent. The little box arrived within 3 days. Inside was a small USB memory stick. After backing up my Windows7 Laptop, I inserted the memory stick and ran the executable. The online instructions were clear and concise. After about 2 hours and two power recycles Windows10 was installed and is working perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

  I just ordered Office 2019 on Amazon today, 5/22/20, and when I went online to install it, Office.com said my key was already used. I cannot install office and I cannot reach Amazon Help Desk or get help from Microsoft without paying more for support. I am really beginning to question the value of online shopping.UPDATE:If you have a Microsoft Account, The link sent to you to download your Office Version will show up as a used number because if is assigned to your Microsoft Account. You will need to log into your Microsoft account and install from there. The link from Amazon will not work if your Office was assigned to your Microsoft Account.

  This is the standard against which all others are measured. Installation was seamless, and Word and Excel appear as straightforward programs ready to produce and modify your documents. There is free software available, which some find to be a capable substitute. However, as I frequently argue with my mother in law, cheaper is not always better.

  I read a couple of reviews that stated the usb stick was bad and that windows couldn't install. I had no issues what so ever. I did install a brand new ssd when using this usb stick and windows recognized the drive immediately. Great product

  At first i didnt see any download button kinda upset me a little bit, then start go through order list and check back but did not see anything about download the product, until i open my email register with amazon. The download and activation is in there. Is easy and not hard just need a better explain for the customer does not know how to activate the key through email that they register with amazon.My microsoft 365 is awesome has no issue at all.   I used this product to restore my computer back to it's original Windows 7 after trying out Windows ten and finding out that Windows ten sucks and will not let me restore back to my Windows 7 if Windows ten is on the computer past 30 days. Windows ten most certainly will not be the last windows program written, unless all programmers mysteriously vanish over night. I can't believe they think Windows ten is so great!!!

  I make my living designing headstones using CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2020. 2020 is a very solid release with a lot of great new tools. I'd recommend it to anyone. I'm constantly encouraged by my customers that love my MemorialDESIGNER add-on to CorelDRAW that I'm so grateful Corel has such a great SDK so we can develop it!

  A lot of 1-star reviews went along the lines of ""I bought this product to upgrade my PC and the key didn't work!!!"" or ""I installed Windows 10 Pro but the key didn't work. Bad product!!!'. If you are that person, don't be. The product page most Clearly states that this is ONLY for Windows 10 Home users. That it is an upgrade if you ALREADY HAVE Windows 10 Home and WANT Windows 10 Pro. The title even says ""Windows 10 Pro UPGRADE"" and THE FIRST bullet point in the product page says ""UPGRADE Windows 10 Home device to Windows 10 Pro"", so blame yourselves if you bought an upgrade package for half the price of the actual operating system and thought it would work. IT'S YOUR FAULT IF YOU CAN'T READ A PRODUCT DESCRIPTION before buying, but don't make Microsoft look bad when you buy the wrong thing. That's called User Error.

  So this is an online purchase to upgrade your personal computer from Windows 10 Home to Window 10 Professional. It works exactly as advertised. I have successfully upgraded from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro on two personal laptops. Cost is less than $100 each license and it is legit, no eBay specials here. I too read the negative reviews but once you realize that this product is only an upgrade from Win 10 Home to Win 10 Pro then you will not be disappointed with the results. Please perform your due diligence before you purchase any item. I am sorry for the people that did not understand what they were buying but I cannot believe they blame the seller of this product with low stars. I also have to state that I am not a big fan of Microsoft, but what other reasonable choice is there, key word reasonable. If you think MS is bad just get your hands on an Apple It is like the Borg and the Evil Empire, both are way tooooo proud of their products. Buy, if this right for you, and enjoy. Wife loves it.

  Coreldraw Graphics Package is absolutely the most productive tool for just about anything from gift cards to complex layered drawing to pen drawn compositions. Simplistic interface yet so many features. Sign Design with ease and munipulated every aspect of the font. A font manager that keeps every font available ready for use. Non distructive effect for vectors...sweet! I love this program. So recommended for any digital artist.

  Go to Windows settings and open updates & security and scroll down to Activation and look for change product key. Click on it and you will be able to put the product key you got from amazon. click enter and automatically windows 10 Pro is loaded

  PDF Pro 2 is a great program that completely replaces Acrobat for me.It works great. I particularly like the ability to join files in one PDF file by dragging them into the program window and ability to password protect your PDF.

  I NEEDED to upgrade this Dell due to work-from-home requirements...The download was seamless as was the capability to burn a disc.The upgrade was difficult as all OS upgrades tend to be...Thankfully, there was no prompt for activation code -- but I STRONGLY advise keeping this in your email for future reference...I've burned a Win10 Disk, finally got my PC working the way I like.Exhausting work for tweakers like me :)Grateful for a reliable service like Amazon to mediate the purchase

  Most of the negative reviews here are from people who are not understanding what they are purchasing. This upgrades Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro to get the extra features in that version. The license key is delivered via email and you just need to pull up Activation in your Windows 10 settings to apply the new key.

  So far so good! I’m not happy about having to subscribe to Office, but hey, I guess that’s the way of everything nowadays. I am happy with the apps and the availability of mobile apps provided by this. Very cool. I didn’t know One Drive was part of this, so it is an additional perk. I bought a Surface Laptop to use Office on, and my only issue was with correctly setting up the mail account and adding my other email account to it. Microsoft User Support walked me through every aspect of setting it up and was able to remote to my laptop to guide me. Excellent customer service!

  I purchased Windows 7 because a Windows 10 update nearly ruined my main computer. Since the update it will no longer communicate with my HP Color Laserjet CP4025. I've spent >$200 and many hours working with Microsoft and HP with not success (they're both worthless!). So I bought a copy of Windows 7 for an old laptop because I know the printer worked fine with Windows 7. I am officially done with Mr. Gates and his Windows-based crap. My next computer will be an Apple. I used Apple back in the Macintosh era and always loved them. Sorry I ever heard the word ""Windows."" BTW: the seller is just fine.

  The product works as described. I'm accustomed to Adobe Acrobat and felt like it was a rather seamless switch to PDF Pro. I picked this product because it allows you to combine documents, the price and because it partners with Microsoft. I'm glad I did.
