  “Ashampoo PDF Pro 2” is an excellent pdf file editor that I purchased at amazon.com in August 2020. I’ve used it to remove unwanted names, phone numbers, and emails on a pdf file with surprising ease. I’ve also deleted pages in a couple of pdf files. Ashampoo’s customer service is excellent. A lady by the name of Kay helped me get ready to run the program with clear instructions. I then realize Ashampoo is a German company, representing German quality.I also have “Ashampoo WinOptimizer 17” that speeds up the laptop using Windows 10 to my satisfaction as well.I recommend Ashampoo wholeheartedly.Elan

  Cheap? eh maybe...but you do get a fair amount for what you paid considering this ""should"" be the last operating system we will be purchasing/leasing....right? About the USB installer...this is the 2nd one of these that I have purchased and both worked flawlessly on both new (gaming desktop) and old hardware (Dell and Toshiba laptops). The installs went very quick, with minimal fuss, and all hardware worked without any hunting for special drivers or software. One exception was the built in WiFi on the Dell laptop did not return to working order but I simply bought a plug in USB WiFi dongle for $15 and the issue is resolved (even upgraded to 5G so Bonus!). Recommend this method of installation above any other that I have tried in the past 20+ years I have been building PCs.

  It is an upgrade for Windows 10 from home to Pro edition. Remember that before applying the key make sure that your computer has all the latest updates and reboot. Just to make sure reboot your computer anyways just before entering the key to avoid any conflict or possibly having the key declined and blacklisted by the Microsoft activation server(s).

  I was nervous to buy this based on a lot of bad reviews, but with the most recent review saying worked great/go ahead I decided to go for it. It is a $10 savings cost for 1 year of personal here compared to what it is on the Microsoft website. I bought it and upon post purchase screen look for a yellow ""Activate now"" button. Amazon takes about a minute to calibrate your subscription, so just give it that time. Click activate, then go through the prompts on the Microsoft page it redirects you to. Worked great and got it installed in a breeze!

  Needed something to number PDFs and compile them into a bundle. HUH? Never mind how to, what does that even mean? So a quick search and opted for PDF Pro 2. Never one to take to new software like a fish takes to water, this package was so intuitive and easy to use that within 10 minutes after installing it I had completed the task (which I had been looking at and despairing about for weeks ...) Absolutely superb package that does not require any digging and searching for the actions needed to work with documents on a level other than ""save as..."" As a nervous user I wholly recommend PDF Pro 2.

  You cannot beat the combined price of Photoshop and Premiere Elements even if you think you will only use one or the other. Once installed and bugs were worked out my wife took to it quite quickly. She uses Photoshop quite regularly and there is A LOT to it but it is easily absorbed in to your memory. Heck - there are even classes you can take to use this software (and video tutorials). Go on, take the plunge, you will most likely not regret this purchase.

  I had issues getting this to activate and thought I got scammed lol. Kept getting an error when I would input the key. After I called MICROSOFT Tech support found out my windows install was corrupt. (Downloaded windows 10 media tool, selected the ""Update"" option, and let it run) It took about 4 hours total of being with support but after the update via the Windows 10 Media Creation tool, it applied key almost instantly.

  I have been using an old edition of WORD to write documents, Microsoft finally quit supporting it so I had to get something to be able to access those files. This has a lot more applications, and the best thing is that I can use it on multiple computers, I use it on both my desk top & laptop, which makes it more economical. I'm very happy with this purchase.

  I had no problem using this download to extend the contract I had bought from Microsoft. And it was a little cheaper. On the down side, when I had problems with OneDrive bugs (which Microsoft subsequently fixed), Microsoft -- as a courtesy for my lost productivity hours -- extended my contract by two months. That won't happen, I'm quite sure, now that I bought the product from a 3rd party vendor.

  It's been about a month since I received the software. It's a case of so far so good and as a previous user of the full Photoshop version, it didn't take me too long to get used to the layouts of both software. Can't think of any problems at the moment aside from the learning curve with Premiere Elements. Fortunately there are a good number of videos about it on YoiuTube and I'm managing slowly but surely on that.

  all of the other features that I have used or noticed about Office 365 are excellent except for One Drive. For some reason, it does not ""sign in"" automatically once you are logged on and when syncing documents, specifically when using it to autosave, it begins to create multiple copies of the same document which are not identical. At that point, determining which version is most recent becomes time consuming and mistakes are easily made. I just wish you could autosave the old fashioned way because my computer still has the Windows 10 ""bug"" of frequently crashing when going into sleep mode., which means there will be multiple copies available as recovered files.

  I have always liked Adobe Photoshop, but the photography plan is supposed to come with a usable Lightroom and Bridge. I would also like to know if I will get the 2 free months promised me from Adobe for all the trouble I went through to pay them. I have used them for many years and then all of a sudden I couldn't get them paid and don't get me started on trying to call them and speak to someone. The calls go to India, which I had trouble understanding them and them understanding me and they hung up on me twice. I don't know why I thought of going through Amazon to pay but I am glad I did and it is even cheaper!

  I bought two different keys to use Word 2010 which is all I need but both times it worked for about a year and died buying the key was a bit dodgy and was never sure if it was really legal not that I cared... So I decided to bite the bullet and just subscribe not too bad at about $50 a year but would really just like to have word and excel, Well I bought it and followed the directions to download it online, it failed then spent hours and hours trying at least four different ways to install it you would think that a company that made my operating system could have a way to at least tell you what was wrong it just said getting things ready and died without an error...Anyway, after hours of screwing with the installs, I ran across a posting that said to do a safe boot and install it that way. It WORKED so I rebooted it still worked I put back all the services and startups rebooted and it failed to boot word again... after removing about half the services I tried it again and it worked again some service was keeping it from working there were several services that I did not need so I deleted all of them so I dont know which one was hanging it but at least it works now. WHY MS does not tell you to do a safe boot as part of the install troubleshooting I dont know...

  I had never done an install/upgrade of an operating system, so I was a bit apprehensive about using this to upgrade my Windows Vista system. As it turned out, it was almost totally painless. There was very little I had to do, just answering a few questions and waiting. After the install was finished, I checked for updates and got those installed. If I had known it was this easy I would have done it years ago. Getting the USB version was a good decision.

  Read several reviews about nightmares in activation, taking hours to set up, etc., and others saying it worked seamlessly.Only took a couple of minutes to download and another 5 or 6 minutes for the installer to do it's thing. Everything definitely looks different than 2003, but when I opened Outlook, both AT&T email accounts were working out of the box. Spent a couple of minutes using the repair function on both Charter email accounts and bingo. All folders were still intact.Can't believe how easy it was.

  Photoshop is a massive opportunity to make your photography match your highest expectations. This is not a simple alternative. There are several ways to approach each task you undertake. If you will take the time to investigate the possibilities the rewards are huge. There are built in supports that will get you close to a good result. If you go further into the application your objectives can be refined and achieved.

  The single person version of Office 365 has a lot in it for a good price. OneNote, Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint, Outlook, Skype, and 1TB of OneDrive. Anyone still use an app like Outlook? Why?

  Rather than charging hundreds of dollars for a one-time purchase of Office or other application software, it makes sense to have an annual subscription that includes updates to the latest version throughout the year -- vs. having a customer resist paying for an upgrade and potentially exposing themselves to security 'holes' that have been fixed in a later version.

  I read a number of reviews where folks were not able to download the software (due to alleged ""duplicate"" keys, etc.) so I was hesitant to order at first. After having read thru the comments provided by both Microsoft and users as they related to those download issues, my concerns were alleviated enough that I went ahead and placed an order.I clicked on the link received from Amazon, got routed to Microsoft's site and had my software downloaded w/in roughly 15-20 minutes. I'm satisfied w/ the download process and the s/w. I already had a MS account so did not need to go thru the MS registration process again.

  I've been using Photoshop 7 that came out in 2001-2002ish. So this was a huge move for me. New tools to learn, menu's are setup differently, fun times.I love the new 2020 Photoshop & Premiere Elements.

  Takes a while to get good at all the different things you can do with Adobe PhotoShop, but well worth making a part time hobby of it. It will come in handy when you want something done professionally that is too expensive to pay someone or that you can't accurately explain to another person and, if you want it done the way you are thinking, you just have to do it yourself.

  It's all fairly intuitive on install, and it works just like the desktop versions. There are a couple of places in the download/install stage when things were moving so slowly that you wondered if it had stopped. There is a progress bar but it is so unobtrusive that it is easily overlooked, especially if the progress is very slow. But it 's a good value compared to the desktop versions, whose pricing are driving everyone that pays out of their own pocket to the cloud version.

  I received the package, it had a small thumb drive for the installation, and a key just in case anything ever went wrong so a person can re-install. After reading so many reviews I expected problems...guess what? None. there were no problems. I installed the windows ten on my windows 7 computer and it went through so easy I was first on pins and needles, and then finally relaxed. All is good, I will say my windows 7 I had upgraded the power and the hard drive as well during the past six years I have had this HP desktop. Everything is fine. It came up with a big beautiful window of an outdoor landscape with the time, and in the far lower right hand corner a small icon I clicked on, and voila, there was my window normal as ever with various files and apps nothing was deleted or lost. then I was taken to a pre-log on window and clicked the choices I wanted, and that was that, next led me to my window and apps and icons and files just like it was. All my worries were for nothing. If you're a hold out like me full of fears, and your windows 7 works but you don't have updates anymore, buying this probably will work ujust fine, just don't turn it off during the process as it says. My laptop is already windows ten but I love this HP Pavillion its a good one, I had a new hard drive put in last year and the power upgraded three years ago, I do have another desktop that I will buy windows 10 for its a Dell. I definitely recommend, all I did was turn on my computer, plug in the thumb drive sent to me, and voila it began. I was not forced to sign in through microsoft. I still have my same Norton and everything on my task bar the same. I was prepared for a nightmare and put this off too long, and in the end it was easy peasy.

  I bought the Thumb drive version. I put it in a USB port and as the computer already had Windows 7 installed I just clicked the ""setup.exe"" file. 45 minutes later, after a few questions and a lot of downloading, I had a Windows 10 machine. Very easy install.

  Easy to download and install. Was skeptical if this was genuine Microsoft. I verified with Microsoft prior to purchasing. Cheaper than Microsoft. If the deals on Microsoft seem to good to be true they are. I purchase a bogus copy from Facebook ads it worked for about a month before the licensing started causing problems.
