  Full retail version of Windows 10 1809 64bit pre loaded onto a small thumb drive. Was super easy to install. I upgraded from Windows 7 Home 64bit. To upgrade, while your PC is still on, plug in the thumb drive into a USB 3 port directly on the motherboard (for no issues with driver conflicts), open up the drive in Windows Explorer, click on the setup.exe and follow the prompts. Some people said to reboot the PC while the thumb drive was connected, but never got the upgrade assistant to run. Clicking on the setup.exe file while your PC is already running worked like a charm.

  When I purchased my home desktop system, it cam preloaded with MS Office 2013. Lately, some of the programs were starting not to work correctly. I decided to upgrade. MS Office 2016 was next in line but I decided to go with MS Office 2019. Power Point, Word and Excel started working perfectly, but I had a few issues with Outlook. I receive emails through AT&T and Comcast. I discovered that the Comcast email profiles were preventing the program from running, so I started Outlook in 'safe"" mode, deleted the Comcast accounts and then the Outlook program loaded and started running correctly. Later, I was able to load the Comcast email accounts, again, and everything is working fine now! I'm very happy with the new MS Office.

  If you want to change your PC from Home to Pro, it's very easy.Here's how:1. Make sure you're up to date on any Windows Updates.2. Navigate again to Start Menu > Settings > Updates and Security > Activation.3. Under Activation, select Change product key.4. Enter the 25-digit Windows Pro Product Key that Amazon sent you.5. Click on Next. When you do that the upgrade will start. It takes around 10 minutes.Then, if you like, you can continue and do a full install ofWindows 10 Pro and not just change the registration toWindows 10 Pro. Go to the ""How to redeem this item""link that Amazon provided when they sent you the licensekey, and the full Windows 10 Pro will be installed.   I use Microsoft Office Software like Word for school reports Excel for charting money /business expenses PowerPoint for presentations etc. I use these features in my daily life I prayed as God how could I have these features annually without paying millions of dollars becoming an Amazon Prime member I can get discounts off everything. A low monthly charge for Prime membership I can shop at Whole Foods Mart. Sure I can actually go to Whole Foods Physical store down the street but if I can't make an order online.

  People are giving this low reviews because of the price. Sure you can download windows 10 for free and buy a fake Chinese key to activate it, but I dont want to have any issues down the road.Go that route if you're strapped for cash and this way to play it safe.

  Cannot do without MS Excel. I've been using spreadsheet software since Visicalc on an Apple II. MS Office is the standard for an Office Suite. Difficult to communicate with others without it.

  If you know and use Office, then there is not much to say. The product comes as delivered. It's a download. One caveat: if your computer has Office 365, I advise you to make sure it is fully removed before installing this one. I am still getting the Office 365 subscription sign in nag banner when I open Office products.

  I recently had a hard drive die in a move, and decided to spring for a fresh copy of Windows along with a new solid state drive. The installation was simple and I was up and running in less than 30 minutes. As a bonus, I now have a thumb drive to keep in a drawer if I ever need to repair or reinstall. If you want to get up and running fast with a new computer and are willing to pay for convenience, this is a good purchase.

  As an average user, the loading of MS Office 2019 was easy. But more importantly I was able to transfer all my files from Office 2010 without any problems but most importantly migrate MS OL 2010 into MS OL 2019 and synch it with my third party calendar without having to set up up look email.

  The key was authentic and installation went without a glitch. I booted from the flash drive and it installed. The hardest thing was I was installing this over a previously used hard drive so I had to go to advanced settings to partition and format the hard drive. All went well.

  When I realized that Office 365 didn't download, I called the help number 800-936-5700 and nice guy name Jeff popped over and helped me install. It took about 30 minutes but I am a very happy camper now. He also threw away my older version so their was no confusion. BTW- I use a Mac.

  weaker moment not thinking. I wanted to read that e-mail, the one with the funny tail... it came as an ? x-doc? or something and needed the 365 personal outlooks (seems like a lot of folk to get into one room, nonetheless, one frame of mind)... so, ""bing"" or ""bang"" more like ""click"" purchase was made.then it began. more emails, 365 personal microsoft emails... about outlive, outbox, (didn't see one for outhouse, but it's probably out there).i like exploring all the neat things you can do: one box, or whatever it's called, can jumble all your random thoughts up together, drug free. X-cal can make really long numbers short or make ""Pi"" go on to infinity... kind of cool. Powered up point can do some cool stuff, too, but you gotta have something to say. A lot of these powered up presentations don't say much not sure if that's on the software, you know, the microsofts, or the dumbbells (no offense) sitting/watching. I like the words program. words are nice. you can do all sorts of things, you know, with words. maybe write a book a ransom note (not suggesting you do this, OK), love letter, poetry, hate mail. There's a time for all this, you know that, huh? (I'm still trying to figure how to write code with the darn personal 356 office. ) things smarter than i am tap a few keys with my eyes shut, it tells me what it means. crazy, huh? hope you have fun with it i'm trying to figure out to use it to cancel the auto renew... meanwhile, it's back to x-cal to plot Pi... (that's a big number...)

  Amazon provided link to access download along with the Product Key. This was a clean install having replaced the hard drive on the desktop so started with an open source OS enabling me to have WiFi Internet and download Win 10 Pro from the Microsoft store. Installed in no time without any problems or difficulties, a pleasant surprise given difficulties with upgrading from Win 7 and Win 7 Pro in the past. Very happy with price, installation, and use since installing 2 weeks ago.

  Easy to install and no hassels.Had just replaced the harddrive and needed a operating system.Inserted the thumb drive, powered up my laptop and it went to work.I had to choose manual install but all I had to do was click on ""ok"" a few times and it pretty much was a no brainer.Even though the software key came with the thumb drive, this software found the previous window 10 key stored on the computer and used it.

  Prefer to ""own"" my software rather than subscription plan for 365. Hard to find/buy this without getting ""tricked"" into the Office 365 plan. Price is initially high but pays for itself if you plan to own your computer more than 2 years

  The software is genuine Microsoft but the access code is not valid. Requires a call to Microsoft to get appropriate codes to activate. Not a major task but this process should be explained in full by the seller!

  I don't know how common an experience it is to plug in the last cord of your newly built gaming computer and hit power to see it come to life with all the RGB in the world and then immediately able to install windows in less than 10 minutes, but it sure is satisfying. This this worked no problem for me. I was nervous about using it after a friend had issues with the provided boot USB and there have been complaints everywhere about it but mine did function exactly as intended.

  I had a terrible time getting it to load.It wouldn't load with Safari, Firefox or Chrome (Mac versions). I spent $225.00 with no success. After spending 3 hours trying and reading everything I could find about troubleshooting I gave up, and went to bed disgruntled knowing that i was going to have to call for help with it the next day.Next morning, I downloaded ""Opera"" and FINALLY got it to load. LOVE the product, HATE the process.

  It is Windows 10 Home on a flash drive, making it easy to install. It works as advertised. It is a small 1/2 thumb sized drive, so be careful not to lose it.Windows 10 Home is an excellent OS with constant upgrades. Great for productivity and gaming.
