  I love my multitude of Swatches! The watches are great, selection is great and they are just a fun addition to any wardrobe. My 4 star is due to customer service. I scratched a relatively new watch and was interested to see if they had repair services or if I just needed to replace it and I never heard back. I guess that means repair is not an option, but it would have been nice to get a response.

  I am totally enjoying all my Swatches. The Irony line is the perfect balance of quality, style and function. These watches work! I have so many others from other companies that just do not keep time! Keep it up Swatch. My dream is they make one with a really quiet second hand. So far the ticking is just to loud. I only get watches they have without a second hand. Something to work on!

  Ordering this item through the website was pretty easy. But, their customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever come across. Firstly, the item wasn’t in stock, but there was no mention on the site. After waiting patiently for the ‘order dispatched’ email, there was literally nothing for at least a week. So, I emailed customer service twice, with absolutely zero reply, I then spent 25 mins on hold trying to contact their customer support and just gave up. I finally used their contact form on the website and had an automated response, but with no follow up. I found an alternative phone number and managed to talk to an advisor who said there was a shipping delay. Not once was I made aware of this delay via email or phone call. The item took around three weeks to arrive, which if I had known at the time of ordering, I would have purchased elsewhere as this was a gift. Sorry, but just terrible customer service. It’s a shame, because the watch is great.

  I recently purchased 2 watches online in the space of 3 months. Both watches were not accurately represented online. Also, I called Customer Support as I had a question about the first watch i purchased. The information I was give was completely inaccurate as I later realized after consulting the web page. A couple of days ago i sent an inquiry to Swatch and was answered with a generic email response that did not address anything I needed to know or understand. I like SWATCH products, but in the future I will only buy them in person.

  The watch was beautiful, didn’t expect any less… But I was quite disappointed how it was delivered: not only it arrived in a massive box with no bubble wrap or anything to cushion it (I bet that watch must have been slammed a few times on its way to my place!), but also, the cardboard case was broken! The watch was barely being held by the outer shell. Moreover, the round, sticky plastic sheet that covers the front of the watch was off and wrinkled on the side. Honestly, I was quite upset and disappointed, but didn’t return it or even had the time to call when I got it as it was a gift for my daughter. But I did take pictures of how I received it! I’m just glad the watch doesn’t seem to have any functional problems, but for the price and reputation Swatch has, I would assume the packaging would be much more careful. I was planning on getting 3 more watches as gifts for family members, but I fear they’ll arrive unpresentable! Or even worse, broken! My previous purchase (the Klimt one from the Moma collection) also arrived with the box smashed on one side but since it was for myself, I didn’t care much and thought it must have happened during delivery. I just don’t understand why Swatch would not pay attention to such details, that regardless of the excellent quality of the watch, can be quite important in order to maintain their clientele. Like I said before, I’m quite disappointed with this purchase.

  The order process was excellent and the watch was shipped promptly. The only reason I took off one star is because the box was so oversized and thus environmentally wasteful. The box probably could’ve held 30 to 40 watches. Unfortunately I could not paste a photo into this site. This is the fourth Swatch I have ordered for my grandchildren for birthdays, so they all have one now.

  The only complaint I have is with customer service. First of all, there isn't a number to call to speak to a representative. I had to send a message by email and wait for a response, but never got one. I was asking for an invoice that I had lost somehow. I needed the tracking number for my product. Luckily the package arrived on time. There needs to be a number to call, or just a better and faster response from cust service.There are no stores open anymore near me for me to call when I have a question. It's So sad, because I love Swatches. I hope there will be a better customer service in the future. And hopefully the stores will open up again.

  The website is easy to navigate, has product images with different angles, and offers payment options. I received a confirmation of the order and then tracking information. The process between the points of purchasing and receiving the watch was flawless. I am thankful for not being bombarded with a rain of advertising emails after the purchasing process was complete. Overall, Swatch provides a superior shopping experience. I am very pleased.

  I had a generally good customer experience. I have a skin allergy to some metal watches, so I was looking for a metal-free watch. While they have a "Skin" line of hypoallergenic watches, it wasn't particularly easy to find and navigate, and the product descriptions didn't clearly label themselves as hypoallergenic. I ended up having to email customer service for information. For a company that has a specifically-catered line of watches for people with metal allergies, I would've liked to see those features advertised and displayed more prominently.

  The fact that I can't return a watch I purchased online in-store is very inconvenient. And since I can only return by mail, I'm forced to also pay for shipping. This is pretty frustrating. These types of obstacles should be removed for better customer service, there are so many companies out there that offer these things as baseline offerings.

  I never received my order and contact the page directly and they just let me know to speak to the courier. Very bad service this is the first time any store has left me with no response for my order no money back or send the item not received again.   I needed a little bit of technical support, I guess you could say. I e-mailed Swatch to see if they had a longer band cause the one I got is a little too short. They e-mailed me back asking for a picture, so I sent one. They did their research and said it was not possible to send me a longer band. Since they did their due diligence and checked into it for me, I decided to keep the watch anyway and "fix" it. I should send you a picture. It's pretty cool what I did to make the band longer. (wink, grin.)

  Poor customer service. The representative I got was rude and offered no solutions to the issue I was having with my watch. I returned it and have no plans to purchase again.
