  I bought the big bold blue Swatch to begin with and I loved it so much that I also purchased the purple one. They are very comfortable and they each come with a second different colored band. The tools to swap out the bands are pretty simple to use. Non-stop compliments on these watches!

  I was born in 1973. I have been wearing Swatch wristwatches since they were released in the early 1980's. They have never let me down and keep excellent time. They last for years, & I have swam, surfed, wear them riding skateboards, etc. Excellent customer service and phenomenal performance and durable. As a collector of timepieces of all sorts, Swatch has always been in there. Thank you. Cheers!!

  A lot of pictures on the website. Very colorful design. The website is gear towards young people for sure. The ordering process is smooth even though I have slow internet. The shipping is on time. The watch is brand new. I have found no issue with the watch so far. I am very happy with this purchase. One suggestion is that I can register my other watches on their watch-maker companies' websites. Apart from the warranty, registering my Swatch on the Swatch website makes customers feel that our Swatch is personal and unique, especially when I join the Swatch Club. I am a bit surprise that joining Swatch Club does not require registering or owning a Swatch.

  Bought a replacement watchband. My only problem is that the choice of replacemnt bands is very limited. Wish there were a bigger choice of colors. But easy to order and it arrived promptly. Found a store to install the new band easily. The Swatch store in Denver closed a couple of years ago...miss it still.

  The website is not working well. Every time you click on the specific item, the pic pops up, but when you click " go back" you don't end up in the same place where you were before you clicked on the " item". The algorithm takes you all way back to the beginning of your search. Also neither web site nor anyone in custom service could explain to me what does it mean "height" of the watch. Its not the size of the watch and not thickness of it. So: what the heck is it?

  The navigation would be easier if they had a spot (a box or something) in which you could put the name of the watch you are looking for or at least part of it. Would save some time. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic site and I was notified when my watch was shipped. I love my watch! (It’s called Urban Blue, but I couldn’t remember the name and had to search for it until I recognized it by sight.)

  The watch is as expected, exceptionally well made for the price point. Albeit, the packaging is subpar. Maybe they are trying to go eco friendly with a cardboard vs plastic case. The case is damaged from delivery and is not strong enough to maintain integrity for storing the watch. I emailed customer service but never heard back with a response.

  I returned this watch cause unfortunately it's much smaller than it appears to be in pic, looks like a Lady's or child, I'm very bummed cause I really liked the style, if swatch ever makes this style bigger I'll buy it! ..this is the second watch I bought from swatch ( my first swatch is the rebel and I love it. As far as shipping process great! As far as dealing with rep's great! The down side is no swatch case, they basically come in a cardboard watch case...as far as return policy..well that remains to be seen, I returned the liquirizia swatch provides the return label with your watch (which makes return shipping easy I just slap the label on the box it came in, as far as how quickly they return $ ..I don't know I just sent back Swatch a few days ago

  I have always loved Swatch. I am so glad I found their website and could look at all the designs and choose which one I want (trouble is, there were too many to choose from) :) It was a pleasurable experience. Great service and fast shipping. I would highly recommend this website. Believe me, you will come back to look around again. :)
