  Everything was as perfect and easy as I had hoped for. From ordering my watch to my delivery. Thank you so much. I have always been a fan of swatch watches since back in the 70s. I even have soon old watches put away for my grandkids. I'm interested, if you can let me know, I'd like to see if able to get the watches that came out in the 70s with the flags on them, and the airplane one.   My watch came very quickly and it is very nice, but it didn’t come sized to my wrist. I had to take the pins out myself with a nail, hammer, and pliers. I hope I didn’t damage my watch. The customer service representative I contacted said I could do it myself or take it to a jeweler. I knew a jeweler would charge me for a service I’ve always had for free from Swatch, so I’m disappointed there are no more physical Swatch locations near me.

  An absolutely classic watch (X-Factor). As a nineties hardcore kid I always wanted one of these and with them being rereleased and having an even bigger face, I had to have one. My first ever watch was a flik-flak and I've had plenty in between. It came quickly and without any fuss. My only complaint would be that they come in a cardboard box now instead of the classic plastic case but I'm assuming that's to do with plastic waste. Anyway, great watch and great service. Thanks.

  Online experience was fine. I think it would be helpful if watches were always pictured on the wrist and/or in categories by size. In addition, I miss having a brick and mortar store! I like to shop in person. There are no accessible stores for me in Chicagoland.

  This watch was discontinued in the 90s. I emailed to ask if it was still available because it popped up as a link on swatch.com when I googled it. The customer service rep said it was discontinued. I called and the customer service rep said it was discontinued. I looked for a way to order it anyway because I'm really stubborn, and I couldn't find a link - EXCEPT when I clicked "get help." The "get help" button was for sizing help, but somehow I was able to add the watch to my cart from there. Then there was a "checkout" button that popped up. If I deviated at all from this, I wouldn't be able to actually order the watch. If clicked "see cart," it would tell me that the watch was unavailable and I wouldn't be able to check out. So I go back to "get help," add the watch to the cart, click "checkout," checked out, and waited. I was skeptical and expected them to email me again and say, "Look, we don't know how you did this but this watch has been discontinued. Like we told you twice already." But like I said, I'm stubborn and I let them take my money and just waited. Miraculously, a shipping confirmation came instead, so I waited some more. A watch arrived in my mailbox, and somehow I didn't expect this watch at all - maybe a different skeleton watch? I ripped open the package right in front of my mailbox and was shocked to find - the Body & Soul watch that my boyfriend saw and wanted back in 1998 and still wants to this day. Thank you for sending this watch, Swatch. I don't know how it happened but I appreciate it.

  If I could I would leave 0 for my experience. Beyond bad. I ordered watch as a Christmas gift for my son, It is Jan 24th and I still did not receive it. Delivery suppose to be on Dec 17th. Long story short, they lost my order and it take 2-4 weeks to investigate. I called to Swatch and one of their representative told me it will take time to investigate before they send new order or will issue refund, second phone call I found out that they did not started my case at all, it was not recorded. Disappointing will not recommend to buy directly from website. I think if you still want to buy it order through Amazon, because at least they deal better in case your package is lost. Swatch should review their current procedure how to deal with situations like mine. I placed order in early December, no gift had have to deal with their long investigation process.
