  Thank you for being there! I was able to locate what I wanted (a first-time watch for my grandson) with no trouble. The detail information was very helpful and appreciated. It was the midst of the holiday season, yet the package was sent out very quickly and was received two days after on-line purchase.

  My credit card was charged for the watch almost immediately and then it was weeks and weeks before I heard anything. I ultimately sent Swatch customer service an email asking where the watch was. After that the watch was shipped. I wonder if I had not followed up if I would ever had received the watch.

  Swatch delivers yet another satisfying customer service experience. I was able to navigate easily to what I was looking for ( Big & Bold). All tems I wanted was in stock. Checkout was a breeze .   From "surfing" the SWATCH site, going through all their easy site layout, finding the SWATCH model you'd like, ordering, going through the complete sale process and shipping - I think I have NOT been on a better site!!! Fantastic to deal with, even for the NOT so Internet savvy person!!! Then, you just gotta wait a few days for the mail man delivering Your NEW SWATCH!!! Packaging is also above the usual "easy and cheap does it" standard these days! Very well done SWATCH - from ordering to receiving the watch/watches!!! I highly recommend SWATCH Watches!!!

  Received the watch quickly, it didn’t fit. Sent it back, two weeks now, no refund. Contacted customer service, no reply. Disputing the charges with my credit card company. Very disappointed.

  What a bunch of BS. You ask for a review, and I give an honest expression of my experience and because what, it’s not 4 or 5-stars it’s rejected? Guess what, that’s what Facebook and Twitter are for, and at least in the case of the latter I have 4K followers who will know not only how my experience with Swatch was, but also your business of distilling spin.

  I ordered a band 16 mm wide. And you shipped me a band 19 mm wide. I certainly cannot use it and mailed it back for refund.

  It was extremely easy to order a Swatch Watch for my husband! It’s his Christmas present, so I ordered it early.. expecting a huge delay in mail and it arrived a lot quicker than expected!

  Navigating the site was easy as was processing my order. I marked off one star because obviously ordering a flip-flak in December is for a kid’s gift and it would’ve been nice had it been enclosed in a gift box. But the other thing that surprised me and I would recommend changing is to have the watch set at the correct time so when the recipient opens the present the time is correct.

  I am unable to return the watch. The watch is a different size than listed in the specs. I have reached out to customer service 3 times and they gave not responded. I am upset and will never buy from swatch again.
