I don't understand why the site contains all of the watches that are sold out. It makes choosing a watch so much more time consuming. There should be a filter option that says "show only watches available for purchase." I don't really care if swatch has a bunch of cool designs -- if I can't buy them! It makes the consumer feel as though they are purchasing from the "left-overs," the not so great designs that others didn't want. I realize there is a notify me when this is available button or some such nonsense, but when I need to buy a watch, it's for today, not for some undisclosed time in the future. I bought the swatch because I remember from 30+ years ago that it was a pretty reliable watch... for those who buy them as fashion accessories I can understand that they may want to know when a certain watch becomes available, but not me.

I found it very difficult to find a replacement watch band for the watch I have. I've twice ordered the wrong thing because there's not a clear way to search for bands that will match up with the model number of the watch I have. (I'd go to a physical store instead, but there's not one near where I live and have to wait for the infrequent times I travel.)

They sent the wrong product the first time. Returning for a replacement was not very easy and they refunded the first and had me buy a supposedly correct strap which was not only not correct but shipped in a ziplock bag without pins to attach it. I’m going to return again for a refund and not do business with them online

The website itself is OK, but the company did not come through on its advertised 2-day shipping. I wanted this particular watch to give as a gift, and I bought it from Swatch because of the promised 2-day shipping offer (other online stores had it for a cheaper price, but no free expedited shipping). The product shipped two days later than promised (and so was delivered two days later than promised). Swatch did not proactively inform me of the delay at any point. I had to call and ask. This sort of deceptive practice is especially annoying because companies use it as bait (banner at top of homepage: Spend $100, Get Free 2-day Shipping!) and then don't deliver.

I ordered 3 products after much effort and received my order confirmation and associated invoice. One week after I placed my order and still did not receipt shipment confirmation, I called the customer service line. I was told my order was cancelled due to inventory issues and an email had been sent before to notify me. I checked and no emailed was received. Woman said she would resend the email. Still have yet to receive said email. I was also told I would receive a refund and still yet to get that as well. Terrible!!

Perhaps the most disappointing online transaction ever. I ordered a watch for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. I ordered it on December 18th and paid for 2 day shipping. FedEx's website showed that a shipping label had been created, but nothing more. Christmas came and went with no watch. I called Swatch's customer service on Thursday the 27th and was told that they would have to investigate before they could refund my money. The customer service representative promised me he'd call back, but I've yet to hear from him. It's certainly that last time I'll order anything on Swatch.com
