  I bought 6 gifts for my husbands birthday this year, only one of which was not online. His new Swatch is the only one of the 5 gifts purchased online to arrive, so please keep doing what y’all are doing. It arrived quickly, packaged beautifully, and in outer package king that did not remotely indicate what was inside. THAT was a treat!!

  I bought mine using I phone 11 and the sight worked great with my phone. I like the custom features for watches. When I want to buy another one I can do something original. I had bought a watch for my sister on amazon and liked it so much I got one for myself but used the official site. I feel my purchase was more secured with the swatch site. I miss shopping. I do enjoy looking at my watch for the time.

  Shop is great overall, just two things I have to comment on - product pages do not have a back to search option, so every time I looked at a product, I would get bumped back to the top of my search which was inconvenient. Also, it would be great to have the watches photographed on an actual person's wrist, so the buyer can better gage how large the watch is (had to google photos). Other than that - very cool site.

  Hi this is Luke laplant writing a review Swatch has an amazing company and puts out an amazing product. I've been a Swatch fan since the early eighties when I lived in Connecticut and I saw them and fell in love I own personally about 13 myself and I bought the purple one for my girlfriend which is her first one and she fell in love instantly I was sad to find out that you don't sell anything cards anymore like you used to I was also interested in purchasing a medium T-shirt with the Swatch logo I'm being such a great customer of yours I would like some information about some of the clothing where you do have or not thanks again for being an amazing company and having an amazing employees the order went well shipped on time I've had questions I emailed got answers within a day if not sooner I can't say anything better about the company it's amazing thank you Swatch.

  It’s ok but I like the old site better which had a bigger 360 view. Also I’m not happy that my past purchase history is no longer there because of new site or upgrades. This is true of eBay as well. But Amazon? My very first purchase there made in 2001 is still there. Another reason why I exclusively ship there for almost everything. Learn from them. Lastly, why make the show more link look like a dropdown? Bad UX design.

  Utterly terrible, bordering on fraudulent. I got a defective watch, returned it within a few days, and heard nothing back from Swatch despite repeated emails and messages and despite showing them proof of delivery. I ended up having to contact my credit card for chargeback against Swatch. Basically they have no customer service at all anymore.

  I'm disappointed in the cheap cardboard cases you are using to secure the watches inside the box. In a recent order, one of my watches arrived with a cracked inside case. Here in Los Angeles, there's no longer any Swatch store that I can visit to get a replacement or to buy more watches to add to my collection. It's a shame!

  The watches came in with poor packaging. The return label was stuck on the watch as it arrived. I had to remove the label to open the watch box and the poor light one is broken. I tried to call/email the customer service a lot of times in the past month. No response at all. Very unpleasant experience.

  If I could give a zero i would. Swatch is the only watch I like. So since the pandemic in 2020 they closed most of all their stores. Which is understandable. But while ordering they said they have fast and reliable returns. But that is far from the truth. You have to pay for the return and hope they have the watch you want. The one sent to me was not the one I ordered. So I am very disappointed. And have to drive 4 hours to just exchange the watch I bought for the one I wanted. So with that I guess I will be looking for another brand.

  Terrible experience. I ordered this Xmas watch on Dec 5 as a present for my nephew. The watch arrived the SECOND WEEK OF JAN. I asked for several updates before Xmas. Their customer service by phone lied to me and assured me it would come before Xmas. Their customer service by email never responded before Xmas and ignored my multiple requests to cancel the order and get reimbursed and they sent the item out anyway. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I feel robbed.

The customer service is the worst I've experienced in my life - I've waited on the call for more than an hour only to have my call disconnected by Swatch! What a terrible experience!   Your imagery, messaging, and colorways between the boys and girls sections are outdated, still promoting the old “boys wear blue and girls wear pink” message and imply that boys are adventurous, sporty and active while girls care about fashion and gossip. And there’s not enough racial diversity on your pages either. Such trash, so outdated, so disappointing from a company that makes cool watches. You need to hire younger marketing people who are actually in tune with the times we are in. Shame on Swatch.

  I want to comment on your delivery. The watch I ordered wasn’t available at the Swatch warehouse so I was contacted by email and told that a store would be in contact with me. I was now worried because the watch I ordered is a Limited Edition Hodinkee version and I was afraid it was sold out. Well, the store reacted very quickly and sent me the watch and I had it in two days! Great service!

I sent an email to their customer support more than a week ago and they never got back to me.
